My recommendation try having a sleeping bag with you when you traverse the miracle machine for this kind of situation once you sleep and a emission passes through during that time the anomalys blocking your path should disappear (or something worse will replace it 😂)or if you're underprepared some of your limbs will regen.

Pro tip: Don't try to kiss the wall/corner when peaking (unless you're into radioactive surfaces ofc). Just move back a little from the corner and your gun won't dance up and down anymore 👍🏻

Axe to chop wood and get sleepy, and you can just sleep off limb damage.

There should be a quick melee button you can use, mine is set to middle click- so dealing with zombies or snorks that are chewing on your ankles can be easier. Kukri tends to be my favorite since clear sky sells it at max rep I believe, good damage and range- but other knives work just as well.
