I won't ever forget hearing what happend and never looking at that street the same. Taken to soon he had a good future ahead, rest easy. I grew up in B-More in the mid 80's to late 90's for some reason parents moved us out to Cali. Probably a blessing but Baltimore always has my heart and Scoota in later years was my go to for that unique B-More sound. So much talent in that city that doesn't get noticed until it's gone. R.I.P Scoota your music will forever be my B-More sound.
