As the three argue about Kenny keeping secrets, things got overheated, and in a fit of rage and sadness Kenny runs out of Craig’s house. Because he’s not looking at the road he’s currently running on, he gets into a car crash accident.
Tweek and Craig sees the truck, but were too late to stop Kenny as they also were being cautious not to get driven over.
As they wait for the ambulance, they try to assure Kenny that he’s going to be okay but he ends up dying, with his last thought being about them forgetting his death and the argument when he wakes up.
A few days later, Clyde asks Creek duo about where they were. When they answer with their ‘dead’ partners grave, Clyde gets confused and points to the Stan gang where Kenny is walking.
