Nice box, I might open one of each product, if I can get my hand on those at fair prices !! Really nice set :) love the return of significant toppers !!
How dare someone say that your English is different. Matt your English has entertained me over the past 4-5 years I believe 👍. KEEP STAYING PAWZITIVE BRO
Still wondering if I should buy a collector box now or wait until the ring is found so that prices come down. This set is incredible with lots of good card mechanics.
Great set box im glad they didn't pull that 18 pack crap again on set boxes ...yikes lol like boulders 2.0 and skimpy packs like aftermath lol...wizards we want bang for your buck...we spend plenty as a whole...right matt
Ahaha imagine that the one ring ends up in box that is sitting sealed in a box for someone's collection display. As the market supply to bounty ratio hits a certain point there is a full buyout and whoever does still doesn't pull it 😆😅🤣
I rather like having full art lands in each set, I'm ok with them being as common as they are, otherwise they become that much more expensive. The price of this game is already high enough as it is, doesn't need to be any higher.
The one ring was only going to be found in a collectors boxes. That is why the prices skyrocketed on them. The card has already been found and graded as well.
Looking forward to how cheap the top end singles will be because of how much collector's product will be opened. I'll scoop up those singles and enjoy a set box or two
If there is a buy out of the collector boxes, I’ll be more than happy to buy the excess ones for $100 each when they pull the ring and need to offload hundreds of boxes 🤣
@@NeonKnight83 i get that he was white in the movies, but these cards arnt based on the movies since they dont have the rights. For Gandalf, he is a wizard sent from Valar, so it could be seen that he could look like anything… as for Aragorn, Tolkien wrote that Numenoreans were "best pictured in (say) Egyptian terms," indicating that he was not intended to be white. Cannonically, the numinorean ruling class all would be the same race. So, Aragorn along with his kin should all theoretically be the same race. From a quick look at the card art, it looks like they are all indeed the same race, so the consistency is there. I dont care what color skin he has, so long as it is consistent with the lore Tolkien wrote (which he didnt explicitly state skin color in the books if I remember correctly). I get that the movies hold a special place in your heart, and seeing these character in a different projection is difficult for you… thats a fair argument. But, I dont see it as the artists doing anything wrong, specifically from a lore perspective. If someone who knows more about the consistency of races in middle earth (specifically the ruling class of gondor and men of rohan) sees this, please let me know if I am missing something!
Looks like wizards has drastically reduced the chance of getting more than 1 rare/mythic per pack of set boosters. Not counting the list cards these look like they are running 90% 1 rare/mythic per pack
Speculation is fun, but I don't understand everyone's obsession with assuming something is what it is not. This is not supposed to be in any way shape or form Modern Horizons 3. This is a special themed set, just like Warhammer was. And why wouldn't it be modern legal. Modern legality, unless otherwise stated, is ANY CARD PRINTED WITH THE MODERN FRAME.
This set is a big meh for me. I don't enjoy the Universes Beyond stuff. I only want Cavern-Hoard Dragon from this set. Nothing else is overly exciting for me.
I can't understand why MTG players and youtubers are not slamming WotC for their overpriced collector box.. although the art are great but the price really hurts the pocket. Its pure highway robbery but it seems noone cares about the price that Sauron have blinded everyone with the One Ring. 😂😂😂
