Lord Zedd is voiced by Robert Axelrod.
After Rita has failed to defeat the Power Rangers, Lord Zedd arrives to the Moon Palace to replace her. He rewards Goldar with his wings and creates the new Z-Putties. Rita is sent back to her space dumpster.
