Elainne the Starved 1:37:38 - "Umbral" Ending I needed to redo this video as there were 3 bosses I missed in the original compilation. I searched around a lot before posting it, but a lot of compilation guides were missing most of them, and I don't think I'd seen a single video of the Tortured Prisoner up until now either. As such, here's a redo of the video, which looking at all of the achievements and guides, should be every single boss in the game now. Getting all of these should also reward you with the "None Shall Be Spared" achievement. But keep in mind, you need to defeat two different versions of The Lightreaper apparently. One has to be when he appears in Upper Calrath, and another in any other the other locations he appears. My thoughts on the game still are the same that I mentioned in the original compilation video, it's unlisted now, but rather than repeat them, here's a link for anybody who's curious: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6ofB2h1j69Q.html A lot of these will either be out of place or completely outscaled, as I either got sidetracked or on a different path than was "intended". Quite a few I had to backtrack to after later parts of the game. As I also mentioned in previous videos, I just embraced being overpowered and using spells, as about 10 bosses in and despite trying to keep appropriately scaled, it still seemed to make no difference. Outside of that, I should be well and truly done now.
For any trophy hunters (02 2024): None Shall Be Spared and Lingering Moments are quite buggy atm. I've been through 5 playthroughs (ng0, +1, and 3x +2) and still these trophies didn't pop even after collecting/killing all. Why it doesn't count properly will probably remain mystery (I've also contacted developers to raise awareness and got a response that they will take a look at the issue), but I would not expect any fix soon. Either way, I was finally able to get both of these trophies and few remarks: For the None Shall Be Spared (all bosses): Mine popped after killing the Tortured Prisoner boss for the second time - I've read this was the case for multiple people, so maybe this one is the bugged one (you may try making back up). Also, once you have completed side quest for Kukajin, I recommend failing the quest in every other playthrough, since Kukajin boss fight seems to be buggy as well. For the Lingering Moments: Mine popped after collecting the stigma from Elainne for the second time. Also for a lot of people collecting all stigmas from all Lightreaper's arenas was helpful, so try that if you havent already. If you are sure you collected/killed everything, I recommend doing another full umbral run with killing Kukajin, Tortured Prisoner and Andreas. Good luck everybody!
Im very appreciative of the time that you have put in to this guidr but ive done 3 play throughs got all endings killed all these bosses and still not got the trophy this game is something else
I even had a missing stigma for melchoir but i had the trophy for pulling ths stigma in my 1st playthrough but had to pull it again in second run in my ng+0 which was my sixth run
i missed 2 npc fights and one of them is kukajin. I have to do her quest in my 3d run I might give up on collecting this trophy I won't have time doing a 4th run for a stupid fight.
It's very stupid for a game to has a trophy for killing so many bosses and that many of them are optional or missable, lotf is magnificent in many ways, but tedious in many others, like this one and the repetition of enemies...
So after ng+9 mine was kukajin even though i now have 4 swords so obv had beaten her before and 4 sets of armour amd shields and it was buggy as hell to trigger her boss battle since the last update but finally managed it shame cause i had such great start but then the bugs and 50 updates since launch date pbv broke something
Bro, you must solo ALATREON and FATALIS in Monster Hunter World, those 2 bosses are crazy hard to solo for most gamers. But I feel like you can solo em.
Kukajin you summon her to fight one main boss, then don't pay her and fight another main boss. She ports to upper calrath. Prisoner you have to complete quest up to giving her the letter. Don't give her the cloth and fight monarch. She should then port up to the balcony of the bedroom, where the 2 ruiners are.
Enjoying your gameplay and everything very well done I'm just curious why I don't see you using much spells you buck you're rapid but obviously OK here you go alright you using a little more now. I love the hair the build and the fucking awesome wizard garment. All comes together real dope. Can't wait to see what you're later game weapon choice is I'm on infernal enchantress
[Spoilers] So, it's either; get eviscerated by the God of Light, become the ambiguous right hand of the Demon King, or, become one with Mommy Umbral, and forsake the world to eternal nightmare. Well. Who cares. Only one of those doesnt immediate kill BestGirlPieta. INFERNO WE TRUST.
It's nice to see someone actually using a weapon. I've watched a few speedruns and they all used the throwing weapon cross thing. I figured there would be something more broken than a throwing weapon.
Start her Quest, summon her one time, DO NOT PAY her. Then fight another Boss where she could be summond, but don’t. After that if you Go to upper Calrath where the Moth ring is, she will wait for you ;)
@@ricomoncler complete her quest all the way until and including giving her the letter, then pick up the cloth but dont give it to her, fight sundered monarch. She will be beside the bedroom on the balcony where the 2 ruiners usually are
You are missing 2 bosses, you are welcome! 1. Spirit of the bleak 2. General Engstrom And there is also a small fight before you receive the Illuminator Aubrey armor set, but i would not count it as a boss fight.
I just don't see any power Pietro sword are you guys using a using a specific ring room combo that makes it special I mean it's AR is like 400 What because it's faster
Lot of people saying the last patch may have broken her ability to become a boss... another one due next Monday which may fix that and break 3 other things
So the 2 secret boss, Engstrom and Halloween event, does not count for the trophy? I'm on my 2 pt trying to get the trophy but never knew the Prisoner was a boss, thank god I did her quest in my first pt so I'll try to kill her now. Thanks for the video
How many playthrough? 3 ? And on the same character ? Because on my 3rd save I finish with the Umbral ending so on this save I'm missing Adyr, Kukajin and Tortured prisoner. If I do my NG+ and go for the radiant ending and beat the other 2 bosses I'm missing, will it still count ?
Yeah you'll have to do it over multiple playthroughs. Not sure if it tracks for different characters or anything, a lot of people not sure about it, so may need to do it on multiple NG cycles on the one character to be safe.
Complete the questline up to the step where you need to give her the Swaddled Cloth before The Sundered Monarch. Do not give her the Swaddled Cloth, and then proceed to defeat The Sundered Monarch. When you do this, she will teleport away from her friendly position in Bramis Castle, up to the balcony
It's simple, when you hire her service, don't pay once after talking to her in the celestial rest until the dialogue is repeated, so on the map that is melted she will invade you as an enemy.@@versoilsuccesso

Like every other game does? I mean if you have a good enemy that probably took alot of time to make, you don't want to just waste them by only having them appear once then never again. I mean the characters reused are presented as "minibosses" which are less important than bosses. Besides it adds the sense of progression that what was once a powerful opponent is now a footnote compared to the more powerful opponents you will be facing
@@joeycampbell5680 it does, it doesn't give the individual achievements but for the total boss achievement coop counts. I got it before doing an umbral run but had been summoned for Elliane a bunch of times.
@@Mickwixley I'm replaying atm, it's definitely better, but still iceskating and very weird combat plus loads of graphical errors. Wasted potential like I said, could have been the best soulslike but instead it's a beta. Even with all the cool features they've added core mechanics aren't tight enough. Game was rushed everything devs have said coming up to and since release has been evidence of that, combat was sped up last minute before release, performace just wasn't tested, certain areas had last minute changes without playtesting, not to mention the game was out for *months* before they could figure out how to stop the aechers from double firing between reloads (which at release when they had infinite range plus tracking projectiles that always stagger you is why the game felt like you were just constantly being mobbed). It's in the best state it has been, I wouldn't call it a mess anymore but it's really disappointing how good it could have been. Combat-wise even Another Crab's Treasure totally puts it to shame and even that's janky.
@@IconOfSin that’s definitely an opinion I thought crab was overrated and the only problem I had was some cutscenes took a second to render.. maybe a hardware issue?
@@IconOfSin I hardly even had much problem on launch I just made sure it was never on quick replay and whenever I got a framerate stutter I would switch the graphics settings back and forth and it fixed the problem.. that was on launch. Ds1 launch was very similar if u remember. Very shotty framerate especially when prepare to die came out..
