Really good honest presentation. Really good to see a speaker manufacturer give an honest opinion of there products so as not to mislead potential buyers with false claims.

The Lore Reference ($750 pair delivered) has an option for beryllium tweeters (+$500)... I like that combo... :)

It’s been four years since this was made and I’m still gonna order the lore.

Not a lot about the Uruz out there. Would love a video comparing the Lore to the Uruz and the Beryllium Lore vs. the Uruz. Also more detail on the upgrade packages.

I'm still confused about the difference between the Mini Lore and the Lore Reference...just size and cost, and a little more bass? What about resolution, mids, highs, soundstage & imaging, dynamics, etc?

The Lore reference is getting a lot of hype! One reviewer said that stand up with other speakers that cost up to ten grand. I make speakers as a hobby and like time alignment so I'm FR nut. But I might buy some Lore Reference speakers for reference speakers. Just to compare woofer levels (etc.). Woofer level is difficult cos the bass changes all around the room (by a lot).

Absolutely excellent video Mr. Alexander. This kind of walk-thru answers so many questions. When buyers like myself are ready to buy, we stand at the fork in the road and have to decide which speaker path to take. Do we stretch for a lore beryllium or might the reference be all that we need given our components and budget? Might I suggest a link to some of these videos from your website either under an FAQ tab, or a direct link under the speaker model itself, perhaps labeled "which Lore is right for me.?" This would also quickly build up your viewership subscribers rather than waiting for word to spread. You must be needlessly tied up for hours with some the more basic questions that don't require your gracious, but unnecessary hands-on advice. I'd rather see your time spent in the Lab where we all can benefit. Still, ur personal service is greatly respected, something you have in common with old Klaus Bunge over at Odyssey. Eric - How do the Uruz and the Enzo XL fit in the overall line up ? Are they also similar to the Lore ? I think customers would appreciate seeing more of this type of video.

Eric i wish you would have a multi platform stage where we could all see your speaker models along with different music being played on each so we could hear the different sound each individual set makes....I saw speakers displayed in japan in open rooms where you could hear all models without restricting enclosed rooms.

great video! I'd love to see a comparison video that had a "similar layout" that highlighted your thoughts on the main differences between your speaker types. Like having the Lores beside the Pendragon and the Double Impact and telling us in your own words what you feel the best "use" for each is. I know the Double Impact is a crazy speaker, but it would it be a good home theatre speaker with 3 as LCRs? Do you think in a home theatre setup the Pendragon offers similar performance? Just curious really how YOU feel they differ in a home theatre environment as it does differ from a stereo critical listening environment. From my experience some speakers can sound great with music but seem to lack "excitement" in movies. I have a Kef Q series theatre setup and yes it sounds good, but I would like to bump up my LCR speakers one day and I keep wondering if the Pendragon's or Double Impacts will provide more "presence". Especially as a centre channel.

Interested in your product. Can you shoot a video of the Enzo XL. I like the Pendragon and the Double Impact I'm just not sure about a 54" speaker in my room. I'm hoping that the Enzo XL is nearly as nice as those. The Lore is an option as well. The Lore vs the Enzo XL... comparison

So the Lore BE is relatively close in price to the single impact. Can you touch on how those two speakers compare and maybe which would be better for a particular listener or scenario?

Do you use custom drives, when I tried similar design 30yr ago when working at philips. PA-drives has too high Fs and Qt not speak about phasing / working together with tweeter 🤔

I have Mackintosh MA 252 it’s approximately 100 to 110 W per channel at eight on amplifier. Which of your speakers three-way designs would be most appropriate for this not very powerful but reasonably decent machine. It’s a combination tubes and solid state by the way. How would the Lore Reference (with and without Be tweeter) compare to the Uruz? How would they compare to an Enzo 2.7 with 7 tweeter array? And how would that compare to the Perfect Set (with 7 tweeters)? And how would those compare to the Studio Monitors? This would be powered by a Schiit Aegir and used with 2x 2-10 subs. And these models are all forward firing?

how do think the Lore would perform as main mastering monitors in a treated room?

Does the Lore and the Uruz use the off the shelf Eminence Legend B102 driver, or is it modified?

Hey Eric! Ive read your good friends with Sean over @ Zu audio. Was he aware you were doing a take on his revered "Omen" speakers? How enthusiastic was he about the whole thing? Your version apparently has superior drive units, whereas Sean focuses more on cabinet quality & finish. How interesting it would be to hear the lore drivers playing from inside an omen cabinet!

The Be upgrade, are those SBAcoustics Be tweeters? Is there any way to buy Tektons in Asia?

At 3:50 there is a close-up shot of the woofers. They all appear to have an exposed foam gasket around the basket of the driver. What is the reason for this?

I need to know more about the beryllium. You say it sounds "better" but how does it change the quality of the sound? My buddy has the lore and I love its sound, not sure that an upgrade would actually sound any "better" when it already sounds so good

The Lore, is that speaker a 3-way design? Does it have a concentric 10 driver with a compression driver in the middle?

Don't sell them in the UK do you? How do they respond in a brick wall environment sounds like there might be too much in the higher base is there any over extension around 50 -90Hz could be problematic bass loading in a brick environments say 16' by 22' any test done on this.

I want a speaker that sounds fast and responsive and makes singers sound like they are in the room with me. I am currently using a pair of kit bookshelf speakers, called Usher 701. Singers' voices sound thin. I have Emotiva UPA-200 power amp with 125 watts/channel into 8 ohms and Emotiva XDA-1 DAC, both about 10 years old, and use flac files on my PC as the sound source via SPDIF cable. I wonder if the Lore Reference might give me the kind of sound I want. I listen to jazz a lot. I live in the Los Angeles area.

I heard some of your designs and I think that your speakers are more designed to attract people, than sound quality,being different for just making money and attraction,you will never get knowledgeable,experienced audiophiles to buy your products no matter how you compare them to more expensive design
