Someone want to tell me why everyone feels sorry for Arthas? He turned against his teacher (Uther) and the light, he refused to listen to one of his most trusted advisors (Muradin), murders his father in cold blood, turns Sylvannas against her will. Arthas ruined so many people's lives, especially fellow humans, from Jaina to Calia to Anduin, especially ol' Emma...

Same reason people felt sorry for Vader before he died...its literally the same story, good guy turns evil and becomes what he fought to save what he was trying to protect ends up destroying it. Then is in so deep can't find redemption so people feel sorry for him.
