They did Re investigate it as part of the current investigation. I doubt they will do it a third time, it’s very difficult as his body was cremated shortly after his death.
I think every cold case in every state where Alex and Lori have resided - needs to be reopened and look for any possible path these two might have crossed with a cold case victim.
I really admire Adam and his son for going against the family's apparent desire to condone and encourage every evil thing Lori did, no matter how heinous.

You know who I really feel for, Colby Ryan his wife and two daughters… he lost his dad because of Lori , his step dad, his uncle, his sister and his brother. His two daughters won’t have their grandma because she went off the deep end and killed their aunt Tylee and Uncle JJ and their grandpa Joe Ryan. That’s what I think about when I think about this case.
Fact: Colby never new his dad he said, Ryan was abusive and was Colby’s step father. And yes I too feel bad for him and all survivors of Lori’s evil shinanigans.
I feel bad for his experiences but I don't think kelcey lied. Charles first wife wrote out a signed affadavit about the experiences her sons had with Colby and his sexual acting out and messages he sent over the phone that proved what Cheryl's sons were saying. Colby also sent inappropriate pics of 5 yr old tylee. Because of all that I believe kelcey's outcry. Police require some kind of corroboration when there's a he-said-she-said before they file charges. I think she was pressured to drop them and I think that's sad because he's not going to get any help otherwise and put his daughters at risk. I think the sexual abuse (not any of the husbands) on Lori's side of the family is deep ceded and generational. Her cousin has talked about it, Alex's ex wife, there's mention of a friend of Lori in Glatts book all reporting these issues. Colby's eyes in his mugshot are scary af.
He lost TWO stepdads, Joe Ryan AND Charles Vallow. There is just a TRAIL of dead people behind her including her own brother who SUPPOSEDLY died from blood clots? Very odd.
I’m on the fence with Colby & Adam. So far it looks like they were complicit in her killing Joe & Charles, and Tammy. They knew all this crap was going down and refused to help Charles. Colby knew Alex murdered Charles but still worked with his mother & Alex to obtain all of Charle’s possessions. Why did Colby think he was more entitled to charle’s truck and belongings, over Charle’s biological sons? Why didn’t he help charles in his cry for help when they knew about Joe Ryan and Lori’s crazy religious relationships? No Colby only turned on her after she killed the children. I believe he was badly hurt by that but it doesn’t change the fact that they all looked away while she killed two husbands.
Right when I looked up who tylee's dad and found out he was dead I immediately knew she had something to do with it. It is a shame she will never be held accountable. I hope they lock these sick people up!
Lori was sure competent enough to handle the moves, arranging places to live, pulling JJ out of school, selling his support dog or trying to, planning the pool party same day they killed Charles, ordering wedding rings before Tammy died along with her wedding dress for their Hawaii wedding and using Charles credit card to do it. Don't forget she continued to get social security payments for Tyler and JJ while they were dead. Also baking cookies for Chad and his kids after moving into Tammy's home before Tammy was cold in her grave. Lori is faking not being mentally stable because Idaho has the death penalty.

So. Lori was married in 1992 to a guy named Nelson Yanes, but they got divorced in the same year... Then Lori married a guy named William Lagioia in Travis County, Texas, on October 22, 1995. She and Lagioia had a son, Colby, in 1996, before divorcing on February 25, 1998. Then Lori married Joseph Anthony Ryan Jr in 2001, who then adopted Colby, then Lori, and Anthony had Tylee in 2002, and then Ryan filed for divorce on August 13, 2004, which was finalized on May 18, 2005. On February 24, 2006, Lori married Leland Anthony Vallow. Vallow had two sons from a previous marriage, Nicholas and Zachary Chase. And then adopted A grandnephew, J.J. Vallow before moving to Kauai, Hawaii, in late 2014. It would be interesting to know why Nelson and Williamson got divorced from Lori. They were both smart enough to get away from her in less than a year.
I think the first marriage might have been annulled or it was a quickie marriage if I'm recalling the story right. The family didn't approve of husband number one.

The last known proof of life for each child were at her apartment, followed by horrific disposal of the children's remains at Daybell property, ultimately returning to her apartment. Her cackling like the witch she is when talking to her son Colby and sister Summer solidified her involved in the murders.

Yes. There's a connection between Lori and Joe death. They must not want to find it because its a lot of trouble to go through for someone who is already going to die in prison. But Annie, and the rest of Joe's family deserve the closure the truth would bring them.
@@selinaoakley3613 Re-reading her comment, I think she means _authorities_ must deliberately not *be* finding the connection between Lori and Joe's death. It is true that often in the case of serial killers the prosecution does not take the accused to trial for all of the murders he/she committed---only for the ones with the strongest evidence, knowing that those convictions will bring a life sentence. From the prosecution's standpoint, it is a waste of precious resources to pursue a weak case knowing that there are stronger cases against the defendant that will certainly secure a conviction and ensure the accused will never be set free.
I agree they deserve closure. These people should all be given some sort of control over her, while at the same getting to speak up. For example, they should be able to video tape LONG versions of family members accomplishments/attributes/etc…it should be the only media or TV SHE CAN EVER EVER EVER watch. Or they should each get to pick what she is offered for food each day…..some personal punishments that she can never escape

I'm pretty sure that Chad Daybells countdown to an untimely demise began the minute he married Lori Vallow. Chad probably wouldn't have thought about killing Lori until he found another mistress. Her brother being her hit man is less peculiar I guess, but how on earth do people like Chad and Lori always find each other? Is the getting to know you phase like, "I too enjoy a good cup of coffee, hiking, and killing anyone who gets in my way."? It blows my mind.
I am going to guess that Lori read Chad's books and she probably wanted to get close to him because of things that he said in those books. She knew they shared the same kind of mind.

I’m sure she killed Joe Ryan I also think she’s responsible for Alex’s death I think he realised killing the children was going to get them caught and he knew too much about what she had done and was planning to do, he could have negotiated a better sentence/possible immunity by throwing her under the bus.
After watching the police interview with Zulema it appears she came very close to becoming another victim of Lori and Alex… things that make you go hmmm. 🤔

I think Adam brought up the attempted murder of Joe when he talked to police about Charles murder. He was very clear in that call. He said he believed Lori and Alex murdered Charles. 😢

I have believed this all along!!!....Annie has explained it in great detail on her channel....and loris actions after the death.....that woman is sick. And is laughing at all the police, DHS personal, she got away with it....if police knew of the lies, to DHS , and how hard Joseph tried to see Tyler, all the court records were in that apartment, and thats what Lori took first.....there should have been a better investigation on day one.....RIP Joseph Ryan!!!

The LDS church has done nothing to address the community in Rexburgh. The good people of Rexburg are hurting. That toxic environment of magical thinking combined with a seemingly impenetrable power structure STILL exists in that city. There’s STILL grifters, some even connected to these murders, claiming to have “abilities” to talk to dead people, angels & even to “God”, and they’re preying upon the vulnerable population of Rexburg. While the church sits silent atop its $100 billion investment portfolio. Are they getting a cut of every tarot card or foot reflexology grift? No? Then why won’t they denounce these scammers who are preying directly upon their members?!?

The church excommunicates those who are found to be teaching things that are contrary to doctrine, if they do not stop doing it when asked to. There isn't much else it can do, other than warning people about listening to the charlatans.

Special attention “she hired her brother”… funny enough Joe, Chad wife and Alex died very similarly. They can’t find a connection because she had him cremated and because no one really claimed him the dr didn’t really do much of an autopsy.
They did not “revisit” the case. They flipped through the file and put it away. I really hope someone who cares about these victims comes into power soon and INVESTIGATES Joe Ryan’s death. If CPD had done their job, anywhere along the way, Charles Vallow, Tylee Ryan, JJ Vallow, Tammy Daybell, and Alex Cox would all be alive. Watching the video of CPD treat Charles Vallow with such a “🤷🏻♀️” attitude when he was begging for help, telling Lori how to get out of the mental health evaluation and falling all over themselves with her giggling and femme fatale act, letting Lori and Alex walk the day of Charle’s murder, is disgusting. How they sleep is beyond me. Praying for justice.
As a possible Witness. There's some speculation he might've committed murder in another state and gotten away with it. Either way he was not a good person.
But she's so sweet , so innocent she's this little angel, and angel of death! Death just surrounds her where ever she goes! I'm glad that relationships and being married means a lot to her and that she takes those so seriously! She really takes that til death do us part seriously! That's the only thing she seems be able to do!
Joes Atty was interviewed and said during the case they couldn’t find any evidence against him for assaulting his children. I don’t believe anything lori says she’s a black widow.
It’s interesting to see how she acts. Including her language choices and the way she dresses. That’s not the way an obedient “Mormon” would act or dress. Nobody say crap about how the Mormon church is a cult, because every single religion, race, and group gets criticized and stereotyped because of crazy people like this. There are outliers, but it doesn’t do anyone any good to treat everyone like they’re an outlier. I think that Lori grew up in a kind of “off” family environment, but ultimately i think that Chad Daybell is mostly to blame for her insane actions.

@djstl I would say about 50% of them... her brother Adam and sister Summer seem to have a good working brain. Although I must admit, the interview Summer did a couple years ago made it seem like she was just like Melanie and Alex but after hearing her phone call with her, I think she was just fooled by Lori and truly never thought her sister was capable of doing that. Perhaps she thought she sent tylee and jj off to some religious community or something. I retract any negative comments I said about her.
I think Alex tased Joe Ryan until he went into cardiac arrest. Just because he didn't get by with it the first time doesn't mean he didn't go back and succeed the next time. Plus the way Lori never told Joe's family about his death is so suspicious.
When did he think this? WHEN did he contact police? If Arizona police had taken Charles murder more seriously the kids might be alive! Did he ever tell LE about his suspicions about Joe Ryan’s death before now? This guys is a piece of work 😡
