You remind me of my favorite kindergarten teacher...all kids loved her, she radiated pure love energy. I used past tense because I am 40ty now but I never forget her. I remember her sitting on a small chair surrounded by several kids, she draw us pictures to color from our favorite book and allowed us to play with her hair. So beautiful moments.

Yes, I have dealt with alot of stress from as young as 8 years old . I am now over 50 and still deal with various stresses, but when I give my relationship with God more time in my life , I get so empower and feel so much better. Thank you for the teaching. God Bless!

Thank you, Lorna! I appreciate your kind, compassionate words. I think the plant you may be talking about is a thistle (or some kind of nettle). I sat on one once - ouch! I understand what you mean by that. I feel that way about poison Sumac. Sumac is a small-medium size tree. It has oil inside of it that many people are allergic to. I am one of them. I've had to go to the hospital several times after clearing it from our property to make room for our horses. I love trees & do not like to cut them down, but these trees make me very sick. I developed a hatred for Sumac after that...and that is a very difficult thing for me to say because I don't hate much of anything. My grandmother taught me from a young age that "hate is a very strong word" & so I rarely use the word hate. Well, one day, that all changed, just like with your stinging plant! I was outside in winter one evening with the horses, admiring the beautiful fresh snow & how lovely it was when it twinkled. I breathed in the crisp, cold air & the quiet of night. This is where I feel closest to God - in the peace of nature & with those I love, especially my children (all children really, I am a teacher). Anyway, I came across a young Sumac tree that night & was instantly upset about it being there. I wanted to get rid of it right away because I didn't want it to make anyone sick, so I began to cut it down. To my surprise, I froze when I pulled back on the tiny trunk after I cut it. I froze when I saw how beautiful it was inside. The inside of the branch was a dark, golden yellow & it sparkled like the snow. It looked like a treasure. I couldn't believe that, out of all the little Sumac trees I'd cleared from our property in the past, I'd never noticed how beautiful it was. I had a quiet moment alone with God & realized that that little tree wasn't trying to hurt me, as I was hurting it. It was trying to survive, just like everything else. And so I had a new found respect for the tree after that & I stopped cutting them down from the places that I do not walk. I've given it a space to live on our property & I let the LoveLight in. Thank you, Lorna, for all you do. I so wish I could speak with you for a very special reason. I feel I must ask: How did you know when it was time to share your experiences with the world? Love this message about how to find balance. Finding joy in what you do seems so spot on. I have many responsibilities which preoccupy my mind. I asked my guardian angel for help and after I fell back asleep I felt songs come into my mind that I enjoy. I just love you, Lorna ! Thank you SO much for speaking about "Balance" in our lives. It IS a choice to do those things in order to prevent separation from our angels, or our spiritual life, or God. Your ideas are creative....and, by the way, your saying "and" is never a bother. Being yourself is enough, noticing you say "and" a lot or other words. You are perfect, just the way you are ! I still pray that the angels will show themselves to me. While teaching I had a friend that told me about the angels dancing on her clothes as she sat in church, them of many colors. She married and moved away. But, I will always remember her...hoping that she will continue on a "balanced" path also. What a lovely topic you have given me !

I have really struggled with balance during the pandemic. I am basically a single parent during the day to to young school age children, but I also have a full time job. It’s very challenging, since kids are not going to school. 🤪☹️😰

Jesus came to me when I was a little girl. I have been blessed my entire life. My balance is PRAYER everyday, yoga and exercise and I paint several times a week. I wont allow myself to become over stressed when I feel I’m on the edge of it, I walk in nature and always play with my dog. God bless 🙏🏼

This is lovely to hear, as I think we often feel guilty for taking time for ourselves and for some reason feel life has to be hard. Sometimes giving ourselves permission to do something that nourishes and replenishes us is the biggest obstacle. Your reasoning has certainly eased my guilt! 🙏

Loran, I was sexually abused as a child. Beaten and bullied by almost every human I came into contact with then saved by the best friends you could ever wish to meet. After a couple of years they started dying one by one from car crashes, motor bikes, lots of suicide, meningitis heart attack cancer and 3 murders. Iv struggled my hole life and recently been diagnosed with autism and have been threw the worst of PTSD over the years. I even lost the ability to love others properly. I would do anything to stop people's suffering pain and anxiety and mental health. Iv sort of dedicated my life to helping people with serious illness like cancer and many others for free and Iv ended up giving all my money away to people who really needed it more than me. But after everything that's happened I just can not find balance in my soul. It's my biggest issue in the way I feal. Iv had an NDE aswel and completely believe in the other side and fear death not one bit. How can calm the waves of my soul. It's so hard!!!
