As a Chargers fan of 29 years I'm blown away they clinched in week 16. Wiith the way the season has gone with all the injuries I did not expect an easy stress free win to seal it lol

I can't remember the last time a Chargers defense put up this kind of performance. Yeah it was against a struggling Colts team but a win is a win.

Weird that the defense finally looks like we expected when they don't even have Bosa or Derwin (for most of the past 3 games). It's great to see Rumph developing and how great a FA pickup Van Noy turned out to be.

Chargers could be deadly if the defense and offense are on at the same time. Rooting for herbert to pull a burrow and lead his team surprisingly to the super bowl.

as a Chargers fan, I didn’t even realize we only made the playoffs *1 time* in *9 years* ! we really have been suffering lol. I’m so happy for this team and for my favorite player Justin Herbert. he really saved this franchise and turned it around in the right direction - who knows where we would be without him. it’s amazing to see a defense who was absolutely awful all year long finally get a couple of good games in a row. if the Chargers are gonna make a big run like I know they can, Lombardi is going to have to open up the damn playbook - he has been making me pull my hair out all year long with his play calling. enough of the damn 3-5 yard passes, let Herbert throw the ball downfield! I know the o-line has been pretty atrocious, but anytime Herbert has been allowed to sling the ball magic has been made. I’m super excited for the rest of the season and to finally get a playoff spot. BOLT UP BABYYY ⚡️⬆️

The offense looked terrible for most of the game. Too predictable. The offense cannot play like today if we want to make a strong push in the playoffs. But the defense played great and kept the colts at bay. Go Bolts!!

This is the defense they need to play. I know Darwin is dynamic but this defensive style slows the run enough for a 3rd and long. This style is better than having 3 always come down to play LB.
