I'm not going to sugarcoat it. He is too soft defensively. He has little guys scoring on him. Also this is the Clippers they played. Lakers looking real bad and it seems like they all have problems scoring. Brandon Ingram looks like the only reliable scorer in 3 games. If we play like this in regular season Lakers aren't making the playoffs. I only hope they can get it together because we don't have offense. Lots of playmakers who can't shoot is bad. Mcgee and LeBron are turnover machines, it's starting to get scary. I really hope they can get it together because only a few games left in preseason.

If we lose by a couple points fine but first game was a blowout and this game pretty much a blowout as well. When we clearly have more talent on the floor. I get it and am holding reservations until the season starts but let's be real we don't have room for error in the regular season. We need to be rolling from the gate because the West is tough. It's going to be a rough start Lakers schedule is tough from the get go.

I mean the Boston Celtics (or Raptors with Kawhi) are the most likely to win the Eastern Conference, and they are 1-3 (against Lebron-less Cavaliers and Hornets) after having an improved team from last year. It's not fair to discredit the whole Lakers team from 4 preseason games. Besides it's a completely new lineup and a very different team from last year, they need time to learn to play together and creating a good system. I know I replied this to someone but I dunno just wanted to put it out there.
I mean what do you expect with Lavar, Magic, Lonzo, Rondo, and Le~Media on that team. Celtics only added hayward so of course they have no reason to panic.

The Lakers have 4 champions on their team: Luke Walton, Javale Mcgee, Lebron James, and Rajon Rondo. If you think about it thats plenty of leadership to mold these young Lakers to excel further than what people think. Kuzma, B.I, Ball, Hart are all young talented players. Watch out for them they might go deep into the playoffs.

This game Luke was feeling out potential lineups to see what works when Lebron isn’t in the game. Looks like they need to work with the bench players to get them up to speed. Other than that, they look good when the starters are in.
Can somebody answer my question? Last season lakers signed a verteran from G league ( I forgot his name ). He was a shooting guard. Quite old. May i know where is he now? Is he still in Lakers ? Or in the NBA?
🤦🏻♂️ Thats why u need to watch the game and pay attention.. What happend was that the 3 pointer was accidently added to the Clippers score, but Lou Will scored a 3 pointer right after that.. So they left the 3 points on the Clippers score and then added 3 points to the lackers score...
The biggest problem I see with the Lakers right now is their perimeter defense. It seems they allow way too much penetration in the half court and then try to rely on the shot blocking of McGee. They are getting killed on the pick and roll. Not to mention, given that most of their Guards and Wings are above average defenders, it seems the problem has a lot more to do with communication than talent.
