Immediately North of the place you started there are also some awesome places (eg: Playa del Duque) with a lot of 5 star hotels and restaurants

A lot of good tips. I will be there in 2 weeks, it will be my third time on Tenerife and my 7th holiday in the Canary. Love this islands, one of the best places to go and as you said the best weather in Europe(let's say so ) this time of the year.

You can do it with excursions at night as well... Includes food and stuff

Temperatures in June July August can be very hot......other months about 20-28 A jacket is all that you need.

Brilliant... use google maps and select "where the locals go"... best option anywhere.
