You don't win the car, it only unlocks HSW mods so you can bring certain cars to Hao and he will mod them to go faster.

You will only get the call if your playing on console, its part of the GTA 5 Expanded & Enhanced that was never released for PC.

You have to have the PS5 or Xbox series X/S version of the game to get the call.

Please help. I once got a text from hao, while waiting for his call. I migrated from ps4 to 5. I can’t figure out if I have the next gen version of the game or not. Only one version pops up in the PlayStation store. But I figure I have the next gen game since I already got a text from him.

You got the call while still on PS4 before migrating to PS5? Its only for the PS5 version as far as I know. Regardless, if you are now on the PS5 version, check your map, the event might be posted.

You can only get that message on new gen. consoles, not available on PC.
