ഞാൻ ഇന്നലെ ആണ് വീഡിയോസ് കണ്ടു തുടങ്ങിയത് .അവതരണം നല്ല ഇഷ്ടായി.ഇത്രേം motivation വേറെ ഒരിടത്തും കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല.2 ആഴ്ച കൊണ്ട് 4 .500 kg കൂടി ആകെ ഡിപ്രഷൻ അടിച്ച് ഇരിക്കുന്ന സമയം ആണ്.IF മുൻപ് പലപ്പോഴും ട്രൈ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് .കൂടെ 2 hours workout. പക്ഷേ consistancy ഇല്ല.ഇടക്ക് നിർത്തും പിന്നെ സ്റ്റാർട്ട് ചെയ്യും.എന്തായാലും ഇന്നലെ തന്നെ IF start ചെയ്തു.workout time കിട്ടുന്ന പോലെ ചെയ്യാം എന്നു വിചാരിക്കുന്നു.ഇവിടെ 30 days update ചെയ്യാം.എൻ്റെ goal 10 kg weight loss ആണ്. ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് മുതൽ തുടങ്ങുകയാണ് ട്ടോ..എൻ്റെ ഇന്നത്തെ വെയിറ്റ് 69kg...എനിക്ക് sugar &food ഒക്കെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കാൻ പറ്റും.എന്നാല് ഫോൺ കൺട്രോൾ അല്ല. അത് കൊണ്ട് രാത്രി ഉറക്കമില്ല. ഇന്ന് മുതൽ ഞാൻ ഫോൺ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത് കിടക്കുന്നതിന് ഒര് മണിക്കൂർ മുൻപ് തന്നെ ഒഴിവാക്കും..തീർച്ച..കാരണം എനിക്ക് വെയിറ്റ് കുറയണം.അതിന് food &sugar കൺട്രോൾ മാത്രം പോര. ശെരിയായ ഉറക്ക vum വേണം എന്ന് ഇപ്പോഴാണ് മനസ്സിലായത്. അതിനാൽ രാത്രിയിലെ ഫോൺ ഉപയോഗം ഞാൻ കുറയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ്.എന്നും ഒരു മോട്ടിവേഷന് വേണ്ടി വീഡിയോ ചെയ്യണേ..ഞാൻ ആഴ്ചയിൽ 6ദിവസവും 45മിനിറ്റ് വർക്കൗട്ട് ചെയ്യാറുണ്ട്

Yes point no. 2 is very important. I have many times reduced my weight but as soon as I started eating sweets and sugar my weight is bounced back. And 100% you will get glowing skin when you follow intermittent fasting. You can notice this within 10-15 days. Very useful video though so many videos are there in this subject matter. Happy weight losing journey to everyone !

Mine was 82 kg and now its 58 kg. Chew your food well and liquify it and drink it. Drunk 4 litres of water everyday. This is what I did. I take minimum half an hour to eat food

@@sonamary6488 i think may be around 4 months. I applied 32 to 40 times chewing rules. I took count while chewing the food. And all my focus is on food while chewing it. Water I drink by sipping it. I take small bite while chewing. I avoided sugar and jaggery till my weight became normal. After I reached my normal weight I started taking crushed palm jaggery in oats or sometimes I take coffee there also I used crushed palm jaggery. 61 kg is my normal weight but still I started loosing weight even after taking palm jaggery. Now its reached 57 which is my ideal weight. At 55 kg i will not allow anymore loss in weight. At 55 kg i will maintain it. I am realizing now my metabolism became fast. As compared to the early days

Hai aswathy ഞാൻ innanu ഇയാളുടെ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടത്.. എനിക്കൊരുപാട് inspiriation ആയിട്ടോ.. എന്റെ height 152 cm ആണ്.. But weight is now 67.. ഒരു 10 മാസം മുൻപ് വരെ എന്റെ weight ഞാൻ 59 വരെ ആക്കിയിരുന്നു. Home excercise, morning വോക്കിങ് ഉം പോയിരുന്നു.. But ഇപ്പോൾ എന്റെ weight 67 ആയി.. എനിക്ക് കാലിനു വേദന ആയിട്ട് ഡോക്ടറെ കണ്ടിരുന്നു.. Checkup, exray എല്ലാത്തിനും ശേഷം ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞത് weight കുറക്കണമെന്നാണ് 52 ആകണം. ഞാൻ ചോറ് അധികം കഴിക്കില്ല.. But sweets നന്നായി കഴിക്കും, കൂടാതെ morning evening ചായ നിർബന്ധം.. ഇപ്പോഴാണ് എനിക്ക് എന്റെ ശെരിയായുള്ള prblm മനസിലായത്.. So നാളെ മുതൽ ഞാനും thangalude journey ൽ cheruvanu..❤❤❤❤❤❤
