와우 역대급 땀폭팔…유산소와 복부 허리 다리 전체적으로 잡아주는 운동…옷 다 젖음.. 천천히 따라했는데도 땀이 주르륵.. 런지빼고는 동작은 어려운것은 없으나 운동 효과는 강력합니다. 감사합니다. 행복한 하루되세요🙏🌱🥰

This is good! Just keep adding a minute every three days or so. I cannot do all 50 minutes in one go, so now I do it the first 10 minutes, then rest, then another 10 minutes, etc. I’ll keep you company

Tbh, I tried doing these belly fat exercises last November but could not even do 5 minutes, so I switched to the slim arm exercises, then the bra bulge and fat back exercises, which I also could do only 5 minutes at a time. But by December I was able to complete the arm exercises. Now that I am feeling stronger, I just started the belly fat exercises. I know I will probably take a month to complete all 50 minutes but it’s worth it!

Day 1. Completed the workout with modifications (not fit enough to do lunges or squats yet so just did those standing) Calories burned - 470 Max heart rate - 159 (Huawei smart watch, 'free training' setting) - Day 2. Didn't complete workout, cramps and hormones got in the way Burned: 366 cal Max burned: 130 Didn't do lunges, I remained standing. - Day 3. Completed workout. Attempted lunges and also walked in 1 spot in between workouts. Burned: 527 cal. Max heart rate: 149

Its only standing but wow !so sweaty and my abdomen going in and first time that i did it my gohs its unbelievable also heavy but not hurt on your neck like the way to lye on the floor , this is simple but heavy duty to see the improvement 🎉 keep it up i back here tomorrow. But im curious she never drink water for 51 minutes? After 1 part execise im thirsty 😂

i did it for 40 minutes every day for 3 months and it really worked, i had back pain after a small accident and took a month off from training but my belly barely grew. thank you🙏❤🙏🙏

행복해요 이제야이채널을알게된게 너무아쉽구요 무릎이랑 허리가 아작난터라 ..걷는것도 힘든상탠데 나이가어려서 수술하기는 그렇다고 운동으로 살좀빼고 근력좀만키워도 정말다르다고하셔서 노력중인데 보는영상마다 무릎에무리가가는 자세가많아서 열심히하다가 넘기고 하다보니 자꾸끊게되고 좌절하고.. 어쩌다 이영상을보게됐는데 거의 끝부분빼고는 무리가없고 자극이없는것도아니라 인생영상찾았습니다ㅠㅠ 이런좋은영상 올려주셔서 감사 또감사합니다

Comparing to other youtubers i think this channel has easier workout videos than that i saw from others i think this is good for beginners because who has a coach in their house 🙄

Fantastic workout. Even though I'm 39, I don't prefer very high-intensity, fast-paced workouts. The entire workout is even-paced, doable, and is really effective. Plus free of any kind of equipment. Love it. Thank you so much and may I be blessed with the consistency to do this workout regularly. 🙏

Started from 6-6-2022 weight 59 with some belly fat waist 31 inches target 28-29 inches let's see what happens in 7 days..let's get started tadaa😉 Day-1 finished all exercises✅( started sweating a lot in 30 min only) Day-2 finished all exercises ✅ Day-3 finished all exercises ✅ Day-4 finished all exercises ( can notice slight change in my waist area)

운동은 진짜 꾸준함인데 진짜 여러 운동유투브 많이 봤는데 이분께 제일 운동이 되고 지루하지않아요! 동작도 간단한듯 운동이 엄청되고 또 음악도 신나서 더 신나게 하는것같아요.. 갑자기 어린강아지를 키우게되서 격한 다른 운동은 못하고 돌보면서 틈틈히 운동해야했는데 진짜 좋은 영상감사드려요: )

I lost around 7 inch on my waist after trying this workout for 6 days. No changes on my daily meals, appropriate amount of foods no sugary drinks no fast food and I do intermittent fasting. I do see some changes on my body, might get better result with proper diet plan as well. Disclaimer: my body is familiar with Mizi's workout as i follow 3-4 of her legs and abs workout for almost a year hence there's no muscle pain. Hi, I'm doing this workout for the first time... and without a break, I could go for 33 minutes. I follow multiple workout channels since 2021 and so to come across yours this late was a surprise and I guess algorithms I don't know. Nonetheless, as someone who enjoys working out daily, I can say that this is great and I can feel I'm sore in certain areas where it wasn't like that a day ago.. so I'm taking that in a good way. Just started your challenge today. I really like how your workouts are tailored articulatory… After having covid then long covid, my workout rates have slowed down dramatically, this helped without constant jumping up and down. I’ll be doing this coupled with a healthy balanced diet… Sure worked up a sweat, was slightly weak on the lunges!!! thanks Mizi

I love this excercises because after little practice i am able to do your moves ,i also saw many excercise which was very tough and very painful , nd just because we are crazy to lose our tummy and want to stay in shape we started that excercises but within two or three days we give up and after that we suffered from pain ,in short u r awesome lots of love ❤️❤️and this is very sweaty 💜

This was an amazing work out, Thank you for posting this. I am 55 and after covid plus dealing with health issues I am trying to get back into shape..this is very intense, so happy I don't have to do floor excersises and its easy to follow.... Hi goodmorning Mizi. i love your workout,thank you. Before i was 50 and now i am 78 after giving birth to my only son. This is my first try, have to stop after 35min coz my heart began to palpitate. I will try again tom.with your workout video. thank you.

I'm from Philippines I'm 42 yrs old.and as adult I can easily gain belly fat..I'm a man and I want my belly fat desappear.. hopefully I tried now this is my first day..and I sweat too much and my leegs are tired and I feel mild cramps..pls tell us how true.our belly will flat in just 7 days..

Wow! New subscriber here. It was a very amazing and game changing workout. I did sweat a lot in the first 30 mins.and i couldn't make it yet to the last minute but with consistency maybe i will be able to complete the entire routine. Love all your workouts. Thank you so much.💞😘

따라하기 쉬운 동작이라 길어도 재밌어요. 한번에 50분 다하기 힘들어서 나눠서 하는데 허리둘레 1센티씩 주니까 더 잘하게 되요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
