When it comes to Gortash, any way is the right way, but I do have to give this one a special endorsement

@@ryderdeshazo2410 no mods needed! The trick is, and this is funny to even write about, to use him as an improvised weapon. The game allows you to pick up anything (as long as you have enough strength to lift it) and use it as an improvised weapon. If you have over 20 strength you can pick up medium sized humanoids (Gortash). So you pop a hill giant strength elixir, click on the “improvised weapon attack” action, click on Gortash to select him as your weapon, then click on a nearby creature. Your character will pick up Gortash and start running toward the creature you selected to attack, while they are doing so you fast travel to a waypoint and you will bring Gortash with you. From there, toss him off a cliff at your leisure
