Petrolhead was sitting in the main office at his garage, looking over his tour bus schedule for the next two weeks. A short time later, the door abruptly flew open, causing the doorknob to punch a deep hole in the office wall. A startled Petrolhead looked up to see Rei (in her Sailor Mars uniform) standing in the doorway, looking seriously ticked off. "Petrolhead, I heard what you did in the spike strip video that CBP recently put out," Rei snarled as she strode into the office. "I've come here to make sure you get the punishment you deserve for causing all that destruction." "Yeah, right, you and what army?" Petrolhead snorted as he shook his head. "You know dang well I don't get physical with women, especially the Sailor Senshi. Why don't you go out and trash another one of your cars like you always do?" "I've got a better idea," Rei said. "Why don't we each wreck the same type of car? The one who does the most damage wins, while the loser has to go spend the night in the New Donk City precinct jail." "Fine, let's do it," Petrolhead replied. "I will choose which car we use. I have two Bugatti Chirons sitting in the garage. You take the red one, and I'll take the yellow one. Now let's just get this over with so I can prepare for the next police chase video." Petrolhead and Rei took the Bugatti Chirons out onto the highways and proceeded to destroy them. Petrolhead (starting at 4:03) flipped his Chiron, knocking two of the wheels off and causing considerable damage. Rei (starting at 6:19) crashed her Chiron so violently that it literally split in half. "Well, Petrolhead, looks like I won this time, so you know what that means," Rei snarled as she climbed out of the destroyed Chiron, completely unhurt. "A bet's a bet, and I lost it fair and square," Petrolhead sighed as he shook his head in dismay. "I'll go book myself into a cell at the New Donk City precinct jail." He did exactly that, and both Rei and Minako were chosen to stand guard by his cell for the night. The next morning, Petrolhead was released and went back to his office to get back to his usual routine of preparing for the next police chase video... whenever that would be scheduled to happen.

There is a special CBP-Verse mini comic at the end of this episode.
