Same here. I lose 11 kgs with diet and walk then i thought I would have use an exercise but i hate exercises then i search about aerobics for bigners and now i lose 10 more with dance with depti. Love you maam from Pakistan ❤️

Not worried about the kilos because my clothes fit better, I also feel better both mentally and physically. No diet control yet- perhaps I should cut the sugar. Thank you Deepti. True...i too had a wonderful experience with your videos Deepti. Just like random i saw your video and thought let me give a try lastly. I was 74kgs and now i am 67kgs but wanna make it 60kg...following ur videos as such regularly n will do workout for 40min daily once.
I lost 5kgs in 1month. I did allu arjun songs workout and I lost weight thank u so much Deepthi mam After one month of this comment I lost again 4kg of my weight.total 9kg weight I lost. I came 91 to 82 Again after 1.5month i lost 4kg.total 13kgs 91 to 78. I'm waiting to lose 8more kgs Thank you so much mam
Watching this seemed like my story.... Even I have made life style changes since 1st April 2021.. on this day I weighed 75.5 kgs n post 3months i m 66.5 kgs i.e I see have lost 9 kgs already.. for the first month I only went for walks, walked for 10k steps at a time and in second month i.e from May I m following ur dance workouts.. they are really effective.. I m never bored to do ur workouts. As she rightly said in the video that dance workout videos on RU-vid are mostly for 10-10 mins only.. and ur channel had long videos that was the reason I thought of giving it a try n I have loved it since then.. Thanks a ton for alll ur workout videos they are absolutely amazing and helpful. ❤️ Apart from workouts I have made many lifestyle changes like healthy eating n I m evening following intermittent fasting n all these things are working good for me. Trust me I have tried many other workouts but those were really hard for me to sustain.. ur workouts are effective as well as sustainable! ❤️
I started my weight loss journey from February...with brisk walking for 45 mins cos I needed to build my stamina although there wasn't much changes in weight,I thought I had hit a plateau and without gym I wouldn't loose weight...I didn't have strength,money,time for gym.......but in April I thought kaise bhi karke karna hai,decided to change diet and do dance like workouts...cos I love music and dancing (also cos of lockdown gym option wasn't never there)......after Searching for dance workout videos I couldn't find any proper dance videos and then I came across your channel.....all the moves were so effective and easy to understand (rather than having so many changes as such fast pace)........ And in mid may I was so happy that I lost 10kgs in 1.5 month....took 15-20 days break with brisk workouts cos I got busy in family stuff....again started from June with the same diet plan and workout videos...... haven't checked my weight but there is so much visible changes in stamina,now the whole workout goes in a jiffy...also I started with HIIT videos
I did dance with Deepthi videos from April till mid May....and in diet per se just did some portion control,included a lot of salad, incorporated green tea and cut down sugar and potatos completely.....I know it's hard and impractical for someone else but I really needed to loose weight cos of my health issues..
Dear Deepti...I had actually accidentally found ur workouts a year ago in the lockdown and never stopped exercising since then...my main motivation is that u communicate with me on screen and I dont feel I'm alone in it...thank u...have lost 3kgs...and feel healthy.

I start following dance with Dipti from 7 to 8 dys I am loosing my weight. Thank you. I have 2 problems 1..I can't control my food due to acidity. 2...I feel weak after continue work out of 5 dys.
Just continue eating healthy but don't starve yourself. Eat on time and sleep early. And keep doing these excercises regularly. See a doctor for acidity. And try to do yoga for calmness.
