K so the reason it says "plushes" on the screen like 3 times is because my editing software was being dumb. Was trying to put text up but idk what happened, also one of them was saying Metal Sonic 3.0 was from Sonic Rivals 2 not Advance 3 lol.
I need to learn more about the process with sonic synergy because if it was anything like boom, then it would have failed, but if it wasn't like boom, then maybe there's a chance
@@dominiclowe3640 From what I know of it, a lot of it was reused in the "Boom" series, so it likely would've been the same on that end. The only notable difference would've been the tone, being more action-adventure compared to the TV series' laid-back sitcom direction.
I think the Rise of Lyric was mostly affected by the legal contract of only having it on the wi U and not sega being evil. Though they probably should have pushed the deadline.
I wonder if delaying the game would’ve been enough to salvage it, though. Nintendo consoles like the Wii-U weren’t exactly the best to develop games for.
Rise of lyric or boom in general had a lot not going for it that's not bugs, glitches, deadlines or console placement the reason I still say it would have failed regardless of the reasons I mentioned in because of stuff like characterization that boom was awful at I think boom was a failure no matter what

6:29 sonic riders is actually pretty underrated.The controls was maybe hard but character development and the main idea is pretty cool.The intro is the best one in the series and the controls can be fun if you are better at the game.We really need a 4th game which makes the free riders non canon in the riders timeline.
Their problems are all related to mismanagement, since all the failed games had big potential. Also, they rushed through most of the developments of each of them or just made some really dumb decisions. I still dont understand why they made that deal with Nintendo. There are also Sonic fans on the other consoles and PC; and also Sonic is supposed to be different than Mario. The latest games have been having storylines that are bland and childish compared to the past ones. Hopefully Sega can learn from this (if they're smart enough) and just improve Sonic's quality for 2020s onwards. I hope that this small hiatus from 2019 to the present day helped as well

I used to have the bendy sonic toys and they were pretty awful. They had metal wires inside of them that would break the toys if you used them too much. I also remember having talking sonic toys that were pretty big and I had sonic, tails, and knuckles.
I have them too! Those bendy toys were really popular up until the early 2000s. I can see why they're not too common now, those pokey little wires were the worst lol

@@Bulbasquirtle idk the game itslef is fun, it's one of those games you have to get really good at to enjoy, like F-Zero GX, the mechanics are pretty good and unqiue for a racing game.
