That architecture was almost designed to be the film set of dystopian sci-fi movies or 1970s conspiracy thrillers. There's a reason why most people don't want it rebuilt. It's incredible and mesmerising to look at but in the sameway something shocking and unsettling is. It is cyclopean and alien. Another great video!
Such a shame we're losing all this slightly utopian brutalist architecture. I love it and have happily lived in it. Where I live now, it's the same as in Scotland - a lot of the existing stock has been torn down, and whatever replaced it will probably have an even shorter lifespan.
