Part 2 of an interview conducted March 28th at the "Mad Monster Party" in Charlotte, NC. We talk to the "I Still Believe" singer about what he believes in.
He's just so cool. Im a lot younger than him (I think) but I play his track I still believe so often & I love that hip movement he likes to do, he's pure class! Even off stage it would seem...
What a friendly, relaxed and open guy Tim is, just really fun, humble and honest. Just watched lost boys again the other night and remember him with Tina too. Keep rocking Tim!! You're awesome!
I've always liked this man playing the saxophone, as the Tina Turner's hottest saxophonist!. He is a young guy yet, and yeah the man is still in shape for his age; and he's a simple and humble man. I loved him for being so nice in the interview.!.
There he is. Thank you for the Video on Tim Cappello Sax man. He’s so kind, humble & down to earth. Those are the type of ppl, the Queen of Rock surround herself with. I wouldn’t believed he’s 67 years old & still hard working. I really like this guy. Continued Success TCappello. I will do a follow up on him from time to time. He still has that nice body. OMG.
I met Tim, and actually got to hang out with him for a bit after a show he played in Portland. the guy is just so incredibly cool its amazing. he is definitely one of the nicest guys i've ever met.
I find him to be a humble man. Was kind of surprised he never been in a fight but to me It is always the man that loses his thought to be the one to throw the first punch. He knows life after death is real.
Nice to see it's a softspoken, down to earth kind of guy. The way he looked and performed in the 80ties, could've had a massive ego and be really full of himself
Awesome video! I got to meet Tim Capello at the Mad Monster Party too. He was extremely nice, and really enjoyed his fans and the appreciation of his small, but major part in Lost Boys. I was able to talk to him for a good 20 minutes about everything from music to martial arts. Meeting him was one of the highlights of the convention!
@@beverlyscott3741 Hey Beverly, Sorry for the late reply. I never got notified you responded and just happened to stumble upon this again. He studied Kempo and some Shotokan. I study Shorin-Ryu myself so it was fun to do some comparison.
Have only just come across this guy. Watched an interview with actors from The Lost Boys and the scene where he was playing I still believe came on. I love all things 80s and I was like awww wow, something else which hadn’t yet come under my radar. Only tonight found out he played alongside Tina turner! Crazy stuff lol
Tim believes in himself.I believe he found himself when he teamed up with Tina and so did she with all the Artists surrounding her. They were the best of the best.
Watched Lost Boys last night, for the godknowshowmanyeth time, but this time was the first time I googled the oiled up sax man. I’ve never seen him in anything else, he was a total enigma to me. I’ve now watched loads of his interviews and live performances on RU-vid. His performance in the movie had me thinking he must be a massive coked up egotistical narcissist type, but he is obviously sooooooo far far far from that, such a cool sweet positive dude, I’m blown away. My only worry is that now knowing what I know, my perception of the film will change, as the dangerous character he comes across as in that short but crucial part of the film actually adds a lot to the tension and feel of it - I just hope knowing he’s such a lovely bloke doesn’t ruin it!
Not cool Ruthie..... how old are you.? Tim Capello is an absolute legend.... I would love to book him for an event in the U.K. One of the only multi talented artists still around.
You know, I used to LAUGH MY BALLS BLUE every time I saw his part on Lost Boys! ...all greezed up, wiggling his little hips.... but, seeing this interview, he really seems like a down to earth dude-- who is STILL FRICKIN' HUGE at 60 y.o. Dude looks like he could really hurt someone...
What a nice, humble, down to Earth man Tim is.... After seeing him performing, his onstage persona is much different from his off stage than I ever would have guessed. Nice man. And as far as Kane Roberts? If John Rambo and Paul Stanley had a kid, it would be Kane Roberts.
Thank you Tim for being yourself. You stole the show in The Lost Boys when you or the director(s) didn't know you needed to steal the show. It led into the greatest love stare scenes in cinematic history,.. Absolutely Brilliant!
Wow! I always had this thought that he was a cocky self absorbed individual, completely based on one scene from a movie when I was a teenager. Watching this interview completely changed my view. Now this being said, this was coming from the mind of a 13 year old. I am now in my mid forties.
