IMO LE is one of the best female rappers for me. She was part of a hip hop crew in the past and her flow is just fire! She writes a lot of songs esp for EXID so i feel like she is a female version of GD. She's just so talented! Oh and in case you didnt know, Solji was their vocal trainer in the past till she actually joined the group when 3 former members left. Solji's vocals are just eargasm

EXID is actually super feminist, and like to use their videos and songs to comment on issues that bother them. Up & Down is intentionally very sexual because they were trying to make a point about the sexual objectification of women (which explains why all the girls were in pieces, they aren't being seen as whole people, only parts). In their follow-up song to "Up & Down", which is called "Ah Yeah", they tackle unnecessary censorship in Korean media (as they experienced with the banning of parts of their "Up & Down" dance). They also comment on women being fed up with unwanted sleazy behavior from men. This was a super daring move on their part since they only just got saved from disbanding. These girls really are something special!
