I was at the hospital with my mom ( She was months pregnent in the hospital and all the rest) And I was looking out the window and on the highest floor like the 6th floor of a hospital parking garage I saw a person looking down sitting on the ledge and before that he was running back and forth trying to find a spot or something.. My step dad knew what he was most likely trying to do and called a security gaurd to find him and stop him, so they looked for him and by the time they got there I believe he ran away. I dont know if that man is still alive, but I hope he is because life offers alot of good things in life, not just pain and suffering... well... most of the time... I wont lie to you tho, life is a game and theres obstacals and challenges along the way and some people cant handle them so they try to kill them selfs or self harm. Others tho, get threw it. Anyway, I just know that at some point I will not cry every 5 minutes in class because I am sad about someone talking bad about me or me just getting stressed out or crying of my dads death. Honestly sometimes I just wanna give up, ive tried before but the rope snapped. thats all im gonna say, I have told my mom but honestly I will never forget what I am going through and how far ive come. Im only 10, yes laugh at me but I dont really care because im used to it, ive experienced some stuff that 10 year olds wouldnt but I know that we will all die at some point, there will be pain,tears and sometimes even the process of horrible thoughts but I know most people will understand and get thru it.. :) Im not depressed, I dont have anxiety, I dont have anything wrong but at least im being honest! Most people wont notice, and to the few people who do see this i hope you put thought into this note because I know I did. Thank you have a nice day I guess.

It has come to my attention that younger people are watching videos like this and sometimes think that this is a trend or such. Self harm is not cool and is not something you should start doing. This is so true for me I'm young and every time something happens to me I just sit in a room and think of all the bad things that has happened to me and end up telling myself to jump off a roof when I'm older

This is perfect for depressed people like me, you see nothing happened to me it just strikes but depression is not sadness its anger sadness and other emotions but happy. You see depressed is like you have no happiness and this shows the sadness and anger. The Quick emotion changes. And other side effects of depression. I could be sad and then a second be so mad it's like you just to kill someone that's how mad you can get If you read the whole thing an amazing person and beautiful inside and out btw I don't like people who search for likes for this is not searching for likes
