Really cool cover! If I made a take on this, I’d base it off of M’s lore (Where Daddy Dearest trapped him inside the cartridge)

Because a lot of the MM cast may know that Ultra M is in control and connects all their worlds together, I imagine that this is IHY Mario not only regretting that his Luigi went evil, but also feeling powerless to stop M, as He is taunted by M because of the fact that he can’t do anything.
