I don't know what to even put for this, so I'll just describe how I made it:
1 - I hand recorded the song from an online voice recorder
2 - I then sent it to myself
3 - I put a telephone filter over it
4 - I then put a slightly pitched up filter over it
and 5 - I slowed it down.
