When he does the white guy telling his black friend to register the gun and he's scratching himself at the same time is for me, absolute comedy genius. My favourite Bill Burr bit.
For me the fuckstick and the arny impersonation hit so hard. Whenever he does both linguistic and gestural jokes AT THE SAME TIME my mind just overloads.
Literally learned about lotion from this bit when I first saw it a few years ago, and I literally had the same thought process. I thought my bath towel was dirty and just had to deal with being itchy. So since I was 18 I’ve been putting on lotion, but it’s so true…for some reason us whities don’t ever talk about lotion. At least in my family
Genuinely I’m happy for you bro. It’s crazy to me that it’s not like a common knowledge thing. Lol I remember my friend stayed the night at my house one night when we were kids and he saw me put some on and was fascinated. He then asked if he could use some and literally used like half my bottle 🤣🤣🤣 he was so shocked
You have to have had relatives who always recommended "put some Gold Bond on it" to have picked up the habit.😂 And used Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion during the dry winter.
@@KJSmith-mi6ic I think I can speak for most white families (at least all the ones I know) when I say it’s viewed as like a woman thing. My sister and mom used lotion, and I’d obviously heard about lotion, but neither me, my dad nor my 5 brothers ever used it. My view on it was the same as tampons, or makeup. Just something the girls do, and never thought twice about it
I'm from northern Europe, I'm about as white as it gets and I didn't know about lotion until I saw that special a couple of years ago. Well I knew of it, but I always thought that it was one of many things women had in their make up box to look beautiful. Now I'm also absolutely glistening! Thank you Bill.
It used to be a thing only girls did (for white people, for skin care) guys didnt use it, because we are "tough" and we dont need that smooth skin. i remember people putting it on their hands in the winter. (im from norway)
Lotion is okay for girls and people with girl jobs. Lotion on a labor intensive job just means you are bleeding all the time. If you are selling DVDs at a mall? Use lotion. If you are framing a house? Probably skip it
@Thegbear HEY I resemble that remark 😂as a 57yr old white guy from the same area as Bill slightly north in NH and yes we whom are from he ya talk just like that fact ✌️
He used to write for and perform with Chappelle! “ The Racial Draft” has both of them together. 😂😂😂😂 My favorite Bill standup is about athletes and Hitler. Btw- you two are “absolutely glistening!!!!!!”
You said that like the gorilla bit and helicopter bit aren't things.. or no reason to hit a woman or epidemic of gold digging whores.. honestly you can't miss with Bill Burr he's the GOAT.
Don't be upset that you haven't seen his stand up until now. Instead, be thankful that you found it and get to see it for the first time and laugh like crazy!
I just want to say that I want to thank all the plastic surgeons who did the work on my daughter for her scoliosis you cannot even barely see her scar that kind of plastic surgery is fantastic
It also helps, in general, when you still don't need a shirt for your face after plastic surgery for an arguably medically-needful issue on the part of a medical patient with apparently no ancillarily-attendant mental health issues whatsoever, other than any already theresoin present largely by dint of underlying chronic pain; if you will. All my nonsense aside, I still do agree with Bill, here, FWIW: Both liposuction and plastic surgery may be ultimately needful as elective medical procedures for unmanageable third-level-plus obesity as well as for scoliosis, for example; But I nevertheless still maintain my own personal back-up of Ol' Boston B-of-E-Bankster-Bashing-Eight-Bar-B-flat-Blues-Belter Brother Bill "'Register Your Weapons' Summit Lifetime Membership Privileges Perpetual Claimant" Burr on this one, Baby: *"There's No Shirt For Your Face!"* Hehehe. 🤪🤪🤪 P.S. I hope your daughter heals up well, BTW: Just to clarify. 😊😊😊
I had Mohs surgery to remove some skin cancer from my eyelid and the plastic surgeon mostly saved my eyelid. I am very appreciative that most people can't notice this at all as I only lost a few eyelashes and not a major part of my eyelid.
Bill Burr is Absolutely Hilarious. Great Bit. He has soo many others that are soo good Never Hit a Woman Black Friends Harlem Steve Jobs Great Reaction As Always 👍🏻
I’m 39!!!! and Casper the friendly ghost white. We didn’t have the “lotion” discussion in our house, just the massive amounts of sunscreen lol! I live in Chicago, and my skin gets cracked, bloody and painful in the winter time. This was my lightbulb moment. White people need lotion too 🤦🏼♀️ I felt so so so stupid after watching this because I did the same thing. I took my fingers and itched my leg and it looked like an ashtray exploded 😂😂😂 Let’s just say I ran to the store and got 3 jumbo size body lotions. It’s been 2 winters using it now, and I’m no longer so cracked that I bleed. CAN WE PLEASE TALK MORE ABOUT THIS? 😂 I could have saved myself YEARS of pain and ash lol!
Listen Dober is one of the greatest comedians. I love comedy I’m 54 years old but less in a comedy for years used to go to comedy clubs back in the day Bill Burr is the shit.
Lol! I never heard “ashy” before watching this a year ago. And I have black family members. I’m almost 61 and in desperate need of a chin lift but I don’t have Jane Fonda money. Great reaction! I just subbed to watch more.
What I love about Bill is the fact that he can take on racial topics without being an actual racisct and still make it funny asf. Bill doesnt have a filter, but hes respectful about it. Just my opinion.
I've seen this a few times but watching you guys lose your shit watching it gave it all a fresh feeling. I actually teared up watching you laugh so hard.
COREY has me rollllling Yo! Man I love the Bill Burr reactions from y'all more than ANYTHING! KEEP em Spinning! Black Friends,Clothes & Harlem next pleeeease! ✌️
This was a great reaction. Don't fell bad CoreyRoy_, I only found out about Bill Burr 3 or 4 years ago from watching other reaction channels. He's one of my favorite comedians now. My favorite BB "bit" is Losing Your Shit. Speaking of 💩, there is a comedian named Ismo who has a video called "I didn't know 💩". I think you guys would enjoy that.
Loved watching you guys losing it during this hilarious video. My son asked me to watch him on T.V. a few years ago. I didn't know if I liked him or not at first. The material seemed so controversial and he just plunges into it like a bull. Then there's the cussing which we did not hear in my house growing up, so I still find it offensive. It is hard for me to exist in society with all of the cursing going on !! My final determination was that Bill is a really funny guy and I should just ignore the things that bother me about him, and latch on to the jokes that are brilliant and true. I recommend that you react to a skit from the Carol Burnette Show. It is The Dentist with Tim Conway and Harvey Korman. I just saw it on another reactor's channel yesterday and laughed so hard because not only is is that famous skit still hysterical, the reactor who I know pretty well, was physically bent over and coughing from laughing so hard. I look forward to seeing yoir reaction to it (hopefully) !! 😃
I love his comedy, but this is by far my favorite bit by Bill Burr. Fun fact - the black lady he dated in the story is a real lady, and they have been married for a long time now. His wife sometimes comes on his podcast - and she is hilarious.
I never used lotion until I got full sleeve tattoos and could see how dry my skin was. Funny story, I was sitting at a bar talking to my friend who was the bartender and I asked her if she had any lotion, she asked why and I showed her my arms and said “because I’m ashy as hell”. Sitting next to me was a black woman who immediately spit her drink across the bar laughing. I asked what was so funny and she said “I didn’t know y’all got ashy but you look like you rolled in flour”. I bought her a drink and we have been friends ever since. That was 15 years ago.
You have to react to Black friends and Harlem it is fabulous😊😊😊😊 Bill Burr speaks the truth and he is so intelligent you can't argue with his logic❤❤❤❤
And it’s true, as a white man 33 I can honestly say I’ve maybe used one full bottle of lotion in my life lol the lack of visual ques for dry skin by comparison guess
Before this even gets going I gotta say that beard is freaking amazing. First time joining you guys and you’re watching my favorite Burr bit. I’m subbed
Okay I just watched Corey's first reaction to Bill Burr and it was white guilt now I don't know if this is the next one but he definitely is a convert😂😂😂😊😊😊
Don't forget"The Winter Itch Summit 24" has been confirmed. topics include: "Ash Free Elbows" and "Legal Glock means no Cell Block " bring special friend 😉 guest speaker : you know who. B.Y.O.L bring your own lotion. Together we can fix this 1 ashy elbow at a time. God speed
This is actually fairly accurate. I'm a white guy and never even heard the word "ashy" until I saw this video. I almost never use lotion. Maybe once a week on some dry spits on my hands. White women use lotion a lot more than white men.
