9 elves with 2+ vs 11 elves with 3+: 9*5/6=45/6 hits 11*4/6=44/6 hits You gain 1/6 of a hit per group, so it doesn't add much in that regard. What matters more is how many warriors you can bring in your warbands and how many other warriors you have to take for your bow limit. The tradeoff is that you have less wounds, so after a few wounds taken you'll have less hits.

Haldir is great, lets be honest. Everyone underestimates him but he is such a solid hero and always does his job (at least for me). I don't think I have ever used his Defender profile though, but when I ally with Rohan its an obvious choice.

Great Video. I really like the way you discuss a bit of how to use the army and how the selection choice of the hero's works.Helps people understand the army more. One question do people tend to go for a fluffy force and go for all Lothlorien or Mirkwood or do they combine both force in to one army.

I agree haldir is understimated due to him looking like the 'least troublesome hero' but used with rumil he can go 2 handed and feint he deals damage. Only other hero that can do this is thranduil as the rest with elven blades end up with shields. Celeborn is decent imo, aura of command great vs golden king as heroes benefit from it unlike fury so you can chain standfast across your line. Opponents often forget he has immobilise mid game so that can be hilarious.

Do you, guys, believe that Rumil and Legolas are under-costed? I don't want to come off as carping, but I find it ridiculous that Galadrim have cavalry-and are fleetfoot to boot!
