I LOVE this horse and Lottie Fry! Everdale & Glamordale are the most BEAUTIFUL horses and Lottie Fry always gives them such praise at the end of routine! So enjoyable to watch!

this perverted kind of dressage riding did not start with Totilas and unfortunately did not end with Totilas either. shame on the judges who award this.

He looks a bit short in the neck, especially in the extended work. It might just look exaggerated by his conformation and he also doesn't necessarily show signs of discomfort.... but the frame could maybe be a bit more open?
Agree another short reined Charlotte, the angle between the head and the neck is far too small. There could be a number of reasons for this but given how restless he is in the mouth I think he could be in fact evading the bit and she is taking up the slack to a point where he can't anymore. This is how a lot of UK TB show hunters are ridden, high energy horses, they lengthen and shorten OK but with a very short neck and hollow back, head and neck too high. It is a fault in dressage, yes absolutely. However these horses routinely score in the eighties (incredibly with or without a blue tongue) so as far as judges are concerned it's all just tickety boo. He is also at times wide in front, very noticeable in the piaffe, rocking from side to side. this is a strength issue, weak behind throwing his balance off, not stable on all fours.

@@dog2484auch eine Ingrid hat eine harte Hand. Da gibt es genug Videos. Es ging eben in dem Kommentar darum, den Sport z verbieten. Das sehe ich nicht so. Es sind die Leute, die diese Machenschaften unterstützen.
A horse behind the vertical is never a good look. Even on a long rein this horse is not stretching down and forward. FEI have a lot to answer for, for allowing this. And riders need to start to change their attitude and behaviour towards their animals.
Leider kein lockeres pferd weil es nicht l o s und gelassen daher kommen kann. Zu fest mit der reiterhand. Immer hinter der senkrechten. Viel zuviel sporen. Der schritt war gut von der reiterin gezeigt, weil das pferd sich vorne mehr öffnen durfte.
this absolutely pains me to watch. his poor neck is so tense, and hes evading the bits with everything in him. its absolutely horrifying that this is being encouraged and rewarded. lottie fry is awful.
He looked confused and unbalanced at the beginning, losing the float. But he improved as the routine progressed but certainly not a performance of such a high score 😢
I think she has started to realise she shouldn't hang on to the curb all the time. This is an improvement. She must have been watching Charlotte D. He naturally has a very short neck. I think she rushes her horses too much. More relaxed power like Imhotep would help.
Tbh it rlly looks like rolkurr but the horse isnt rlly showing signs of discomfort so i hope a professional is gonna react to this video and exsplain some things happening here.
The stallion natural conformation, hormonal growth & extensive training produces an uphill athlete. Study if the horse is behind the vertical & also the angle of the curb & length of the curb rein. IMO this is not rolkurr. I would be first not to watch & rewatch again & again this wonderful partnership ❤
@@Romovictorio he is hyperflexed. his neck is overly tense and you can see him trying to avoid the bit. i bet that if he werent black and we could see his eyes they would look awful. this horse isnt comfortable.

Yep this is impressive. Still don’t know how you actually win at dressage but this certainly looks like someone who is good at it. This is why I do jumpers lol .

I think Glamourdale is maybe a little bit better all around, but this horse has maybe a little more elevation and extension. Isn't he a full brother to Glamourdale?
