Alan and Sleurs Motorsport. What's different on S2 door hinges? Mine are in great condition compared to these. My plan is only to adjust them, but if I take them out, is it also a pin with threads on the inside of the door that drops out (hopefully) when those interior nuts are undone? John
@@sleursmotorsport Thanks. I have the engine out, and now I will lift the body so I can make a repair to the frame before putting it all back together. Doors are getting aligned as part of the refurbishment. Your videos are very helpful.
Only do it once and then fit the Brass ones from Banks Europa. They dont rust then and are easier to deal with. This is the worst job on a Europa. This door shown here is very different to the S2 doors.
