Modern interviewing sucks, Dick Cavett is a great old school American interviews from 70s I’d recommend highly if you like this laid back style.

She's a Jew herself. I belief she is one of the handful of Jewish children who survived the Amsterdam holocaust by being smuggled out of the station.

I would think that the name of the band, "The Velvet Underground" came from Poe's short story "The Mask of the Red Death."
