Lou Della Evans Reid " Mama Lou " in 1979 sharing reflections of her brother, Rev. Clay Evans and early humble beginnings of family life and the birth of the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church Chicago, Illinois. She served along with her brother in ministry as the Minister of Music at Fellowship Missionary Baptist for more than 50 years. Where ever her brother went, she was always there in support.
Lou Della Evans Reid just like her brother was born in Brownsville, Tennessee to Henry & Estanauly Evans. Blessed with gift of music and dedicated her gift from God to minister in song and worship to the world. She shares great testimonies of God's faithfulness in joining her brother, Rev. Clay Evans in starting the church called " FELLOWSHIP " September 10, 1950 along with her 2 brothers, Reverends Jospeh & Pharis Evans and two friends in a funeral home.
After retiring in the year 2000, Mama Lou continued to minister to the world at many churches and even has own her choir " Loudella Evans Reid Traditional Choir "
