insanely good, i love this song but never once considered it a loustat song, watching this made me change my mind. your choice of clips is amazing, really showcasing the heartbreaking brutality of louis' character. i especially liked the "so with a heavy heart ill drive this dagger into the heart of my enemy" cutting from him stabbing lestat to kissing armand. you perfectly captured the violence of their relationship and the sort of inherent element of a lot of queer relationships that are "i dont know if i want you or want to be you". sorry for the long comment lol
Wow. This edit hit hard and dead centre. Amazing! I have never heard the song before, but now I'm intrigued, and it definitely works for Loustat. And it has the right gravitas, especially in those fantastic heavy, thuddy beats. AND I am a huge fan of vidders who craft a strong narrative as they edit, and you certainly have here. This is excellent. I love it.
oh my goddd. this is so well done, it perfectly wades us in, evading the justifications and guilt of his confessions to daniel. this vid really lets you look around and see louis as an agent of his own wrath and desire and perpetuation. its maddening that its something we can only get tastes of in his interview! delicious, thank you
