I believe louis fell in love with lestat the very first time they was intimate. That's why he ghosted him, because he got scared of his feelings, he couldn't handle it.
@Elliot Alderson Well said. He was in live with Lestat even before the night of levitating. When they were just hanging out talking, when said the things you mentioned and Lestat was his "coal fire"
@@dadagirl29 You know I love that toxic ship as much as the next person (if not more) but let's not put this on Claudia, because that's just victimblaming!
@@Lizzy3D I only said that, because she could have waited till, they were alone to ask Louis to leave with her. Why do that shit right there in front of him. She knows who Lestat is. There was no possible way he was going to just sit there and let her tell him that he wasn't worthy off Louis love.
@@Lizzy3DClaudia is to blame. How are you going to tell someone that you’re come back to take their spouse/mate away and not expect this reaction. If Louis wanted to leave he would have left. Claudia was jealous she didn’t have a mate of her own so she tried to take Louis away from Lestat. While violence is not the answer, as they’re vampires I don’t blame Lestat for snapping.
@@PLLittleMama2007 who are you to tell? Um how about his DAUGHTER?! Louis's freaking DAUGHTER who has seen Lestat cheat and lie to Louis since growing up, who has seen Lestat's emotional abuse AND been on the receiving end of his physical abuse?! Claudia is Louis's DAUGHTER and child comes BEFORE mate and so many kids help their parents escape their other abusive parent. Dont you dare victim blame here, Lestat brought this upon himself.
Lestat ask Louis to just say it ! "Lestat I can never love you back !"..but Louis refuse to say it!instead he said "let me go!" !even when his in the brink of death.
Because in this version they've been together like 10 years and he's never told Lestat he loves him. He's distraught when Claudia leaves and is ready to pick up and leave Lestat the moment Claudia comes through the door. So Lestat is probably right and Louis doesn't love him.
I love Lestat in the books, especially in the movie (I still think Tom's version is more accurate and better). But here, he was very different, so toxic, abusive, even more abusive than Lestat in the books, I wanted him to die, I hate him in this show, so kudos to them for making me feel so different towards him, seeing him in a bad light. But I guess, that's what they wanted you to feel for him. If you think Lestat is bad, you haven't met Armand, and The Theatre of The Vampires, they literally put him in a box, and killed Claudia, brutally. I don't know if they will do the same in this show, but I guess they will make it more damaging than in the books, poor Louis.
Yes, I also think Sam's Lestat is different. Tom's is playful, impulsive, cruel and also selfish with the so called good intentions😂 But also indifferent. But here, his emotions are more delicate and more humane. He manipulate soberly. I guess that is why this is way more toxic.
AMC + You get to see everything with no edit. But just to be frank and honest. If homosexually bothers you some how, then it's better to just let this one pass you by. But other then that, its a great series
