Welcome to my channel! I’m thrilled to share my performance of Louis Vierne's 3rd organ symphony with you. This recording took place in the beautiful Jesuit Church in Vienna, where I had the pleasure of playing the magnificent Späth organ.
Louis Vierne's "Symphonie pour orgue No. 3 en fa dièse mineur" was composed in 1911 and is one of his most powerful works. The Third Symphony is known for its emotional depth, intricate counterpoint, and the dramatic contrasts between its five movements. Vierne's masterful use of the organ's capabilities makes this symphony a cornerstone of the organ repertoire.
