Hey sunshine thanks for sharing this video. I was able to get my hands on the Alma bb this weekend received the bag now the d ring is missing 🥺 I reordered with LV customer service hopefully the 2nd bag is perfected like yours. Too much quality issues. Not sure how this pass quality control. Hope you are enjoying your bag 💕💕

I don't blame you these bags are not cheap and should be in pristine condition! I recently had to return 3 items I had purchased online due to quality issues. Now I won't buy online will go in-store for my purchases.

Totally agree I ordered the Alma BB online because it was available I just got it today but the zipper is crooked it los like a zigzag, now I have to go the store and return it if they don’t have another one in pretty good condition to make just an exchange this is the second time I have to swing by because I noticed that with the zipper but after seen a few videos with the same issue means that I’m not crazy what’s wrong with the quality??? It’s my first designer handbag this should be a nice experience

I got mine Alma bb in 2018 and it has 3 stitches, did you found out if its the old model or the new model? I cant see on the internet anything about it :)
