Im so glad LV fixed that issue! I just purchased mine but with the upgrade of the vachetta at the opening! This bag is so stunning! I do wish it was a tad smaller but it's ok! I still love it and am happy I finally own one. It's been out forever! Lol. I just bought my 6 weeks ago. Lol

You are the only one who said the real thing about cracking!! Not overload that part of the bag!! I was told by lots of people it Was because of the contact under the arm!! Or the deodorant!! It is impossible! Your analysis males more sense!

I have the same bag, everyone, however, wants to buy this item please don't bother. I got mine brand new from the lv boutique and I noticed that It start cracking on the top of the bag, went to the shop and I got a replacement. However, not even a 3 yrs just tonight again, facing the same issues it's starting to crack on the side of the bag. Not on the corner of the bag, I went to the shop and the AS asked me to come back and see the person who in charge of the repair. If it's wear and tear I really don't mind it. But, this is happening because of the very low-quality canvas.

Stores do not refund if damaged after a certain time. I think it's 15 days

I have this one for two years now no cracking but the rings gold started to fade. Took it back to two stores said it would be a charge like $180 to get both replaced. Luckily thank God one store finally replaced them for free. It's ridiculous that bag cost that much and only two years later that happened. They should just use real gold and charge more for the bag 🤷‍♀️

Hello! Those cracks on the top are not acceptable for such an expensive purse. You should go to LV for help. It doesn't matter that it was pre loved. Just tell them that it was a gift. I think they will give you a new one.

They don't repair it but they can replace the bag (it depends on many factors but it never hurts trying)

I guess I should have specified 1year with a receipt to be free of charge. They will fix any bag but they charge and it is not cheap!

Louis Vuitton will not fix anything over 1 year old with a receipt! They are fully aware of how large the re-sale market is in 2021. Sad but true. This is what they told me in two boutiques one year old with a receipt.

Great idea! Base shapers are great for Neverfull, Artsy and Speedy. Do you know which shapers are the best? Or are they more or less the same?

@@BagaholicBagAddictAcademy look for samorga brand. They carry very nice bag organizer/base shapers! I have them in all my bags and it helps from the sagging and the cracking that comes from leather slouching!

those cracks are from deodorant not weight and that handle was not patina darkened it was dirt and grime :(

The cracks are not from deodorant. I wear the bag only on my forearm and i still have cracks. Deodorant doesnt leak out of a sweater or shirt and penetrate canvas. It comes from overloading (which i do).

_Do you know how much stuff the bag can hold ? Got mine @ wdsep.com ,and you just pay a fraction compared to the actual thing, haha! So cool that it comes with the brand card as well! They really pay attention to detail and clearly try to make it as authentic as possible._
