Congrats on the side trunk!!! Such a beauty!!! I used to have the same color Lumineuse but sold it due to glazing…. Glad everything worked out for you!😊
Oh my God, I love your videos Chile the Palm Springs Louis Vuitton is no better I make all my order with my CA in Naples Florida * mentally disheveled I love it
This was announced over 5 years ago on the Lumineuse bag. I'm shocked you didn't know about it. I didn't buy it pre-owned because of the glazing issues. I'm glad they still honored a credit.
Oh really? I don’t know how I missed the boat on that one. Maybe because I was thinking I purchased in 2015 and I think I knew the faultiness was in 2013. Not sure but I’m glad I was able to wait until now to be able to attain that trunk bag that I probably normally wouldn’t have been able to get. So it all worked out.
I have always heard that when they exchange a bag for you, you have to pick immediately. I would have just picked, been too nervous to have them change their minds. Things seem to work out for you! 🎉
Really? Omg I didn’t know that haha…good thing I played it cool lolol must have worked in my favor. I have never heard of the one day pick. I’ve just read on purse forums over the years about people getting store credit and they have to use it in a year etc. But I’m not sure as to the circumstances as to why they got the store credit. Maybe it was because it was just past the 30 days or something not a faulty bag.
In a way, I kind of understand why the CA wanted you to decide that day. I think it's because their policies vary from store to store and from day to day. Obviously, their policies should be consistent, but we know that's not the case. The fact they offered you store credit for a bag that old I think is pretty good. You got a great deal.
The only thing I could think of is so that I would get the bag there and not make the switch somewhere else. But then again it’s not like they’re gonna make a fortune off it I mean it was like $800
