Lovely choice. Know you have mentioned this bag before. I looked at it a while ago too. Wondered if it was too expensive for LV before seeing it in the flesh but did change my mind when I did see it finally as the quality is amazing. Colour beautiful. Now I have fulfilled my wish list with a grey bag, could def be tempted by this as my next one!
How are you enjoying your Peekabool?? Initially I agree- I saw the price and thought it was high for LV. But I do think they're timeless and when compared to similar style bags elsewhere not too bad (I'm still convincing myself) xx
I think you are exactly right. When I saw the bag in the flesh I did think the quality was really good and you are correct that price point is similar to other bags from other brands. The peekaboo was only a little bit less expensive and is much smaller. I would have def considered the Cappucines if it had come in a grey (they had one with grey edged with pink but pink is definitely not my colour so this one was not an option for me). The peekaboo is amazing by the way. Have used it non stop and would def recommend. Initially thought it was a bit small but amazing how much you can fit in it and it is nice cross body too. Think the Galet colour in the Cappuncines is so lovely, very neutral, I'm sure you will enjoy your new bag!

I bought from the LV store in Westfield mall in london and it was a so so experience . Maybe I should try the new Bond Street one if you say the sales assistant is better.

i love the shine scarf and the Capucines bag! The pink is very flattering on you and the bag is the perfect color and size 💕 your guest bedroom sounds awesome, i sort of try to do the same thing and i’ve got a mini coffee maker in mine. Never considered leaving chocolate though, great idea!

Loving all your new stuff! Love the cappucines. I know what you mean about the quality at Chanel. I went in to two stores in London with the intent on purchasing a boy bag, but on holding it, I didn’t feel like it was worth the money (so light), so I didn’t buy in the end and ended up getting a Diorama instead, which as you probably know is very similar, but I think better quality and it’s a hell of a lot cheaper and then I craved so much for the boy bag, I went out and bought one last weekend, but glad I did because it’s beautiful LOL!
haha! OMG well now you have a great choice of flap bags! You can't help what you want- I do a similar thing- I think I just get my heart set on a bag and then that's it! When I initially saw my new LV a few weeks ago I thought it wasn't thick enough- or what I imagined. Then I obviously went back! Lovely choices xx
I love your videos and your style --- so classic!! I love London, it sounds like you had a fabulous time! I totally understand spending over 12 hours to upload or fiddling with video production. I'm horrible at doing anything technical and it's one part of RU-vid content creation that I absolutely hate --- I wish I had a video editor and camera crew (like the Kardashians) 'cause I would totally do more videos if I had a staff--- haha. Also, I've being toying with the idea of showing my face on my videos, but every time I do it, I don't like the way I look on camera. I have 2 Chanel bags currently, and I had problem with both of them within 6 months of owning it. Again, another great video --- you seem like the most down to earth person!

I really don't love the way I look on camera and it stopped me doing this channel for so long- then one day I just thought this is what I want to do and this is the only face I've got! I wouldn't over think it. You have some beautiful pieces. I also hate the uploading grrrr. I've been trying work on my editing and try new things- though they often don't work which is why my videos have been so sporadic lately- I'm doing more work on my filming than ever but uploading less- its very frustrating- but hopefully I'll get quicker and better in the long run....though a camera crew would make that so much simpler! xx

Lol I love the show "Keeping up Appearances". It's funny you say LV twillys stay in place I always thought they wouldn't because they're not cut on bias.
My hermes twillys spent most of the weekend unravelling round my bag, I find the Dior ones stay in place... my LV one never seems to move. But I guess it also depends on which bag I have them on. I tend to wear my LV ones on my pochette metis (and the croisette when I had it)- so maybe their handles are just easier to wrap- they're certainly less bendy than my birkin handles xx

Hi Jarryd- its not intrusive at all. I have no problem talking about my work- in fact I previously filmed a video in which I mentioned it- however, I'm self employed and one of my clients preferred me not to mention it for now. That being said- hopefully my situation will change in the next few months and then I will feel more comfortable. Sorry to be evasive. Its nothing exciting or exotic. (I also always feel when I mention work that I should act professionally/or in a certain way and love that at the moment I can just relax!)

Emma Anders You totally do need the other 2, I have all 3 and just like to look at them but I use them to death too. To be extra flashy I hang one or more from a bag like a bag charm. They’re very hard wearing so I’d not worry too much about using them for keys or coins. Do you have any other treasures on your must buy list? xx

I am planning to buy the exact same bag...(I was actually investigates the Capucine in Harrods last week) and I am also inclining to buy it in the Galet colour with GHW, however, I am torn between the BB and PM size (yours). I am quite slender but petit so I think that the BB size will be more suitable for me and if the bag is smallish I'll not be tempted to over load it. On the other hand small bag are not as timeless that the medium size. Since you have just purchased the bag I would love to hear your thoughts on the Capucine sizing and also what do you think about the cross body alternative to wear it, is it really a kind of bag you can wear cross body? I wouldn't think so. Finally, the most dreaded of all issues: colour transfer. Would it be wise to go for a light colour in the Taurillon leather which is one of the supplest and porous leather ever? It means that the bag should be worn always with a light trench or coat especially over a possible jeans outfit. Usually I find myself using the straps on handle bags very occasionally, so it might not be an issue. Hi Caterina, The BB is a beautiful bag- and was the bag I initially looked at- but I went for the PM purely for functionality and being able to get my diary in it- and it was a little more flattering on my curvy frame. But I think the very petite bags just look so fine and beautiful- and if you're not looking to carry a lot I think by keeping the bag small it looks better should you wish to cross body it. I don't think the style looks at its best cross-body, but the strap is a good length for it, and it is a feature I like to have in all my bags where possible as I often don't care as much about how it looks by the end of a day and like to cross it over. I haven't got enough experience yet re. colour transfer to give any feedback. Hope that helps! xxx

That's a good question. At the moment I've got them all hidden in a wardrobe- but I'm in the process of buying clear boxes to store them in- then may put them in storage... not sure.... some of my friends like to take them off my hands too! xxx
