I don’t think so it didn’t grab me at first but when I sprayed it on my skin and walked around the store it eventually got my attention I think it’s a growing scent🥂 definitely scooped mines the first day🌎
Smelt it yesterday and sprayed it on skin. I really like it a lot the opening smelt like a minty saddle wood and then the deader came in more in the dry down but the sandlewood took over it smells like a slightly minty warm clean sandalwood. I don’t get the pickles smell people are saying. As of the name yes I wish they had the name in French. I will try and get a bottle second hand but if I can’t maybe retail in the future.
It will eventually grow on you the first initial spray I was like nah but as it settles in you are surprised with a woody vanilla like smell that smells amazing definitely sample before purchase I give it a 8/10🌎 hope this helps🥂
I actually disagree with your point about this being a not so interesting release. This is by far my favorite release from them. I love the scent profile. It steps away from their common freshie profiles and goes towards something more smooth. I love the gentle woody element in this fragrance. Not dark and overbearing which is nice. Great release in my opinion. Limmensite is a close second
Funny while you are most excited about a LV just as much as I am, I am also most excited when you load up LV review which only happens like twice a year lol.. I’m heading to LV today man.. Gonna blind buy the bottle, get in my car and blast it all over myself and find out! Hope to have an amazing experience!
You need a better microphone to understand you better. Perhaps a wireless one you can clip on one of your cool shirts. . It's the little things that step up your game.
I’ love it, upon first spray on my skin I get a green Irish tweed vibe! But then the ginger 🫚 comes alive! I love it! Definitely full Bottle worthy imo. On my skin it doesn’t last very long though but, worth getting a sample at the very least . I was wondering why the name “ lovers “ for this fragrance. But Pharrell is from Virginia, and the old saying came to mind, “Virginia is for Lovers” as growing up I seen hundreds of cars with that bumper sticker on the trunk.. maybe there’s a correlation.. 🤷🏾♂️
I can see the slight GIT similarities in the opening. I believe the name Lovers is from the SS24 season from Louis Vuitton which is called “Lovers” makes me also believe that this fragrance will be limited and discontinued soon.
This might have good longevity, but I feel it doesn't project at all. Very intimate fragrance, probably good for the office because of this. Anyone having similar feelings?
I’ve been trying Lovers for the past few days. I love the smell but the drydown is very similar to Mefisto Gentiluomo (which I own). Is it just me or anyone else see the similarities?
Pharell Williams saw MYSLF and came up with lame LoVers.. LV is such a crappy house, I hope Jacques Cavalier finds a better job elsewhere and won't be forced to make pre-puber fragrances anymore.
@@FragranceHunter It does come off a little strange if the reviewer doesn't even know how to pronounce the product they're reviewing. A little Googling is all it takes... Jus saying.
