I've been a fan since I first heard her blind audition. When I listen to her my mind is transported into a meditative state. She's definitely a force of nature that will only get better.
I was surprised to see a different winner I thought for sure she was a sure win her style of presentation her vocals and how she uses them it's like you're in a fairy tale it's like you're in a movie experiencing The picture she's painting with the song.... She has a very special gift🥰⚘❣
Beautiful. This takes me back a year and a half ago as I was dying with Covid. I had died for 34 minutes on December 10, 2020. While I was gone, I saw a vision, possibly a dream... it was peaceful. An elongated crate the size of a coffin had stamped Covid-19 on its side. It was floating down this gravel road on top of grassy hill. A cross descended out of the sky and set on the crate as it passed by me. I knew at that moment I was going to live. When I awoke, my vitals began to improve daily. Fourteen days later I went home to be with my family for Christmas. While I was in the hospital, I saw five people on average die every day. Two of my covid nurses also died before I left. My doctor sat across from me in tears on my last day. He told me he had just received the vaccination that morning and had not seen his family in four months. This was his ticket home. The doctor told me that I was the 3rd person up to that point since covid began that survived Covid. It was one of the largest hospitals in Oklahoma. I see it as a blessing... having another chance to do what God put me here to do, but I'm still trying working on figuring out what it is. I rarely share this story anymore, but I really appreciate this song... not so much for me, but those who didn't make it. None of us make it in the end. A sobering reality. What we leave behind is our heritage. What we have to look forward to is yet to be seen. Thank you for sharing.
Glad to read you made it. Mother Nature is beautiful, but sometimes hard and difficult to understand. Covid was, and is, a disaster for all of us. We can only be careful, avoid risks and take advantage of the opportunities presented to us. Wish you the best.
Quite a moving story Zach. I too had covid...not to the point of death, but the sickest I've ever been in life. I've survived many things; war, prison & a plethora of other life events...one wonders; what is my purpose? After coming home from Iraq, I promised God to be a better man..yet, I slipped into the rigamera of life. Still moving forward. Day to day. Trying to NOT take for granted, the breath Ithat still remains. This music, like Loise, touches my soul...feels like energy, feeding me. Be good. And thank you for sharing your experiences. Chuck
@@charlesrowe6720 Thank you, Chuck. I was warned about survivors guilt which I can’t say was ever an issue. Perhaps in your situation that could be an something you are dealing with. Not so much from the covid, but the plethora of other things in your life. I’m very much okay with dying, perhaps prepared is a better answer. It doesn’t mean I’m suicidal… but just like going to war, I have a resolve, not quite invincible as I once was. I’m glad you are still here. It’s easy to come up with reasons for dying, but the reasons to live can be equally compelling. That is why all of us are still here. Hang in there friend. Spend more time in sunlight. Be around happy people. This is the best advice I can offer.

In case you don't know: this performance is part of a music contest. Many factors contribute to the end result, some of them are less ideal. If the artist would have produced this for her own album it would have been different. But creating a copy of the original is never a good idea in popular music.
