i so appreciate this post. Such a gorgeous performance of Louise Farrenc's Trio op.33. This piece just makes my heart smile and the interpretation is masterful!!
many thanks for uploading this piece in such a high quality. in fact, madame farrenc is a wonderful composer. i like her quintets (in trout quintet formation) as well. her music is full of inspiration, joy without being superficial a single moment.
I bought the sheet music from "Farrenc Edition" which has republished in Farrenc's major works in volumes organized by instrumentation. This volume contains the first two piano trios I believe (Op. 32 and 33). Not cheap either.
Great performance. Thanks, is there you tube performance of other movements, or is that the entire composition? I also can not find the score. My son plays piano in Kovar Trio and all boys would like to play this piece because is "fun" as they say. Could you help with the score, please. I invite you to listen to Kovar Trio on Frank Bridge Valse Russe - Kovar Trio Thank you
Great editing! I liked that you always chose the instrument playing the main voice! 0:59 was perfect...You must be musician for thinking about it! I wonder how far you made your choices : with the caracter of the music also, did you respect fingerings...? 4:08 looks like you did... Congratulation!
