30 years ago I bought the tape. Now I use the cd. Diagnosed with fibromyalgia, it was soothing because I hated my body for bringing me so much pain. After about 35 years the pain receeded (I've done everything and the rest for my health). I still listen to it here and there, and have offered it to a few people. Still procrastinating about following the program (listening to it naked in front of a mirror). I love her very last phrase, believe her and answer back. I have most of her books and cds and they've been a great help in overcoming an adversary childhood. This cd is my favorite though. I might know it by heart. I just found this video because I wanted to recommend it in a facebook comment.
34:50. I love my age. Each year is special and precious for me, because I shall only live it once. Such a powerful statement. I guess it can even be broken down into each second. Helping us to really be aware of the thoughts we are entertaining at all times.❤❤❤

It reflects directly to the mind as they are strictly connected . Only mind is more capricious that is why I need to act on the body little by little you will see the results !
