Listening to these affirmations many times since yesterday, I've realized that one of the core beliefs I have is that it is not safe for me to change and grow. Makes no sense but explains partly why I have such anxiety. Thanks for uploading!

Growth is scary. It means we no longer can stay in the known. We humans are hardwired to stick to safety. Growth brings in newness and exploring unknown territories which may be scary.

Heal Your Life it’s been a little different. Fell back into some old habits, lost my job, and still trying to the inner work. Just seems as if everything I learned flew out the window when my desires and wants come into play.
