Holly Turner a soul so beautiful , had to go back to God eventually.

What a great teacher Louise was my God. She will be sadly missed by all of us, who made our lives better as a result of her teachings. R.I.P.

meena v Hi Meena. In my understanding guilt is useless unless it prompts you to ACT. Guilt keeps every party in sufferring or a sense of lack. Feelings are there to teach us about how we are doing. Also its connected to self worth..so let go of negative mirrors that where LIES about your real true self which is Divine really and loved. Breathe this into your cells.massage that into your body..the lies will loosen their grasp. They will nolonger have a hold...Then instead of cycles that keep you closed and limited there will be openings ...and freedom for more love and happy vision will create for you..you will see it .Amen .I havent seen this for a year now. I am happy im hearing this again..

Be ware of this misnomer "self-love" - it leaves no room to love other; and, a person who does not love, will never love (you or other), no matter what and no matter what/who you are, that is not "reflection" (that person is in distorted self-love - look into notions of narcissists-psychopaths-psychic/spiritual vampires, to get the idea) Be realistic, look at the facts. Louise Hay is wonderful; nevertheless everything has its place and context. :)

Bad actors are part of the landscape we learn when we survive those encounters. Self-love is different from self-confidence, but to the unwary it is not so obvious. Falling in love with yourself is a good thing to do because it honors the Universe's wisdom in making you, shows gratitude for the fact of your existence, and does not exclude your life and creative pursuits from the benefit of your ability to be grateful.

Money is hardly material anymore, it's just digital bits in a computer server. And I'd like to see someone who lives a healthy life without money. Food is material, you need food to live you know. Shelter is material, I'd like to see you live on the streets. Maslow's hierarchy of needs and self actualization shows this, that you can't reach self actualization and higher thought processes unless your other more basic needs are met. To say that you don't need material and money is antithetical to Maslow's theory, in his theory you need to have your basic needs money and material all covered before being able to reach self actualization, because you can't devote your time to higher thought processes if you are focused on surviving. One you are secure in finance and material needs, you move on to try to cultivate non material things.

Brutally Honest I agree. However, greed is another matter, and we each must examine our greed with everything food, roadways, clothing, furniture, appliances, shoes, water and other natural resources, etc. Why are there so many storage companies in America? Why is so much edible food dumped? Do we need multiple cars? Multiple houses?

is it so simple to control your emotion n thots? how do you stop ''invading emotional trauma''? i am greatful for every kindhearted person BUT after 30 yrs of ''thinking good thots'' have NOT CHANGED my PTSS Depression at all. just another way society wants to blame me for being a victimized child. LUCKY LOUISE HAY!

Yara Mery Two things made a huge difference in my life. One was to become involved in a creative project ... mine is classical music and drawing. But macrame or weaving or cooking work just as well. Anything which takes me out of "myself" into what I'm making. And the other was to truly enjoy doing little kindnesses ... maybe a few simple friendly words to a stranger in the supermarket or maybe some little favor. Anything which pleases someone else or brings a smile. These moments push my "self" into the background. I take issue with too much concentration on that "self". When we move beyond the self we become one with a common consciousness, which I believe is God. To enjoy from the heart other people's joys as well as your own. It's beautiful
