He can take them home and throw them in the trash. Nothing illegal about feeding pets with legally caught fish. Your opinion has no legal basis.

All I'm saying is they just put new regulation this year on reds and specks, and it's getting harder for us anglers to bring home fish. And to suggest that someone could go home and throw them in the trash is ridiculous. . Save some for the next generation of fishermen

I agree with the the earlier comment stop wasting our natural resources. Buy cat food . He's going to lose me as a viewer if he keeps this up. I seen one video where he fed redfish to dogs now we have new limits on redfish go figure.
