It worked. But on the next day again this repair comes and when I click on start windows normally computer will restart.This happening again and again.I also tried installing new OS but still problem occurs

After i click the start up repair and i leave it for an hour but it stays in loading where you can see the logo microsoft corporation and loading bar above it. What should i do?? Do i need to reformat my laptop or just wait for the whole day??
