I feel like putting piece of paper that says “save the trees” on it then nailing it into a tree is the biggest insult to a tree. You killed it’s friend, split it into dozens of sheets, then writing on it “save the trees” even though you had to kill, then nailing it onto another tree, to hurt it, and the tree probably knew the tree you killed, and they only get one thin piece of their friend!
