If you have 3rd eye you can feel scared and confuse by knowing ur ability. But it really depends on ur self cultivation to how much they can " harm " you. Honestly speaking typical ghost cant harm u but only seek help / disturb u when they know u have the ability. Not to the point of disturbing you like how some of the hosts describe + they dont have 3rd eye. Abit too drama. But yes when ur luck is still low spirits could manipulate ur emotions and create suicidal thoughts for u even to change ur energy.
