This is only 1 of Head's songs that is helping me thru yet another very hard time in my long life...all I can say is thankyou to Brian Welch! And I love you bro! Keep rockin with Love & Death AND with KORN! I know it is bringing people to God or at least planting a seed for our Lord!!!!!
smokymountaingirl Betsy See I am going through a lot of stuff I don't believe in Christianity but I believe there is something out there keeping the balance between worlds...
I agree with you. I never was a fan of korn now that Brian Head Welch is a Christian ✝️ it's amazing how God is using him to reach out to lost souls who may be going through something he had been going through before he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal lord and savior. It's amazing how Jesus Christ can change a person's life if they would just give them a chance trust me it's totally worth it i know because he did it for me and I'm living proof of that. th
@@zenoxp8928 I understand. I have been there! My son is going through that doubt right now but he did not used to believe! I pray Jesus will call him back into his arms but I don't push it. Prayers for you!
Yo Brian this is one of the many songs that you've made that I can actually bang my head to & cry at the same time. My youngest son said that he doesn't understand why I'm addicted to Jesus & he knows that I'm a recovering heroin addict but when I tell him what the Lord Jesus did for me & I literally tell him everything that I went through in my life. Then he understands & he said he'd be addicted to Jesus too if he lived my life. And I told him that being addicted to Jesus is the absolute addiction anyone can ever have!! He's the best drug I've ever tried!! And I know that some ppl might not like what I just said but Idc bcuz it's only his opinion that I care about!
you don't have to be labeled as a "Christian band" to testify, the lyrics are strong and as long as his life is glorifying to God his testimony will be strong.. imho
this stuff is amazing, i love the poetic value in his songs and they are all about asking god for guidance through a given test, yes i believe his time in Korn and his addiction were both tests that he had to overcome before spreading Gods word in his music
Wow sonically the sound is soooo great I honestly haven't given much thought into the lyrical content but it's creatively rich with meaning and biblical purpose
You know those times or places in your life where you find a song you relate to so strongly you have to communicate it to someone? I am having this moment. I have never related to and felt a song more strongly then this song at this point in my life. A culmination of stress, anxiety, worthlessness and anger at life not working the way I wanted it to,I reached a meltdown in my life. After taking a college class that I didnt prep well enough for on my own fault, it blew up in my face and in front of everyone in our class. The teacher scoffed essentially. I lost it. I felt embarrassed, worthless, and with everything else in my life creating this moment for me,(living situations, work hours pushing to 3 in the morning so no sleep or rest) I turned off my zoom camera and grabbed things and threw them around my room. I punched my wall two or three times so hard I nearly broke my hand, blood dripping from my broken skin and all. as I looked at my bleeding hand, a part of me felt numb to the pain, as it didnt really phase me at all, I almost enjoyed it.
don't care if this is a Christian band and no one should listen to the music and either love it or don't listen. I love, love and death and cant wait to see him back with korn
I saw them at a Korn concert, and device played in between love and death an korn, and love and death did better than I think device did, and they have the lead singer from disturbed. I immediately ran to their merch table, and now ive been quite obsessed.. just wish I would've known abt them long before the concert.
Ignore my earlier post I didn't say everything I meant to say what I meant to say is. Even though L&D is a Christian band u shouldn't just listen to it for that reason. U should listen to it because u like the song and the band. And I fucking love this song and love and death. Keep it going L&D
A lot of of it has nothing to do with satanism, mainly black metal would, but that's because of how black metal started. Christians went to Norway and started building churches, making the people convert to Christianity, and they rebelled, hence the church burnings, etc. It's not so much to do with Satanism or demons, it's just how the music came about.
He is in KoRn now dude, but Love And Death isn't going anywhere! They perform at most of KoRn's shows! I've been a KoRn-head since i was in fuckin sixth grade, and im just now getting into L&D. I love em both!
